Hey guys,

This is specially for those of you who work out regularly, but also for anyone else who has this issue. I am 25, and work out regularly. I usually go to the gym after work, and am back home before 8 when i take a protein shake. I also drink a fair amount of water during the day, but try not to drink much in the last couple of hours before i go to bed. But it seems that regardless of how much water i drink or when i drink it, I have to wake up once in the middle of the night to take a piss (usually around 4-5 am if i go to bed around 12:30am or so). Now, since i work out and Penis Enlargement regularly, and also because of other obvious reasons, it's important to me that i get a good 8 hrs of sleep. But I feel that waking up once (occasionally twice if i drink a lot of water/shake before bed) EVERY night doesn't let me get as good a sleep as I probably would if i didn't wake up. Plus, it feels good to just fall asleep and wake up in the morning. It makes you feel refreshed.

So basically, i was wondering how many of you guys have the same problem. I know I didn't use to be like this when i was younger. But in the last year or two, this has been regularly happening. I also wonder if this is a sign of things going wrong in the kidnies or whatnot. At 25, I don't think I am OLD enough to consider this expected.

im pretty young at 20 and i used to have to wake up in the middle of the nites to visit the restroom. but as i got older it sort of went away. i would say lessen up on the water or shake a bit.
 
how often do you piss throughout the day, do you piss so often that the size of your bladder could have shrunk? IDK? just a thought.
 
I wouldnt think its anything to worry about. Everyone has different times they visit the toilet to do whatever and that can be for many reasons such as whenn drinks and food were consumed, what activities have been done, medication etc.

I'ven never been a good night sleeper and often sleep around 2am and take a pee before that time often.

Also I work out and this also creates stress on the body to get rid of metabolic wastes from the kidneys via the urine and why you may feel the need to pee more after going the gym ... I sure do and this is your body getting rid of crap in the blood from the exercise.

Its also said that if you didnt drink Penis EnlargementRIOD than you would still urinate .. you would be shocked at how many dont know this and its because of your kideneys and liver getting rid of toxins, excess and varioous waste from the body.

Dont worry mate, so long your not having pains and have to RUN for the toilet than I wouldnt worry and chalk it up to your activity and daily habits otherwise visit the doctor and get your prostate checked.
 
I don't have to use the bathroom too many times during the day. Probably more often than an average guy because i drink more water than average, but not enough for me to consider it abnormal. I just wish that if i stopped drinking, say, a few hours before bed and took a piss before going to bed, i wouldn't have to wake up in the middle of the night for it.
 
Same here, I use to get up at least 2 times every night to pee but as I got older it sort of went away with time.
