I was manually stretching before i purchased the silistretcher and felt a slight for on the base the day after. Not with the silistretcher, I am hanging using 7 pounds, for an hour a day. sometimes a little more. Am i doing something wrong? any advice would be appreciated.

Soreness is not something that sticks around, it’s something that happens in the first few months of PE then after that it’ll fade away but that has no bearing on if your gains come or not. If you feel as though you can handle more weight then I suggest you add more weight. You always want to push the envelope when hanging.

The sleeves wont handle more weight theyre all tearing up and i only boight this a month ago.

I've not had hardly any soreness with the SS. Even wearing it 10 hours a day.

Are you using the siliscale? If yes, how many pounds of force are you using?

No siliscale, this is at a good tug on it for most of the time. Switched to silistrap rather than side wearing with belt for more pull.

I've worn traction extenders, but only for a few weeks because I can't stand nooses nor straps. The amount of force I'm using is comparable to the what is at medium, more often higher setting. (I want to guess somewhere around 1500-2500)

I am new to hanging, (only up to 5lbs so far) but I feel as if my experience with that also helps me in being able to gauge how much tension to keep as well. It feels about the same as 3lbs, maybe 4lbs when I increase it up on the silistrap.

That said, I would be curious to see what the siliscale values would be for my mean tension throughout the day.

Do you have the Blue Sleeves or the Transparent Duros? The Duros are made for heavier weight and tension. The blue sleeves were originally intended for anti-turtling and pumping then were originally used for the first edition SiliStretcher.

Do you feel like the ss is not working for you

It is working for me. I feel a great amount of pull, with the silistrap I have now. If anything I may need to lessen the tension a bit in the afternoon to allow for harder erections for my evening bathmate sessions. Today is just to the side with the belt to test and testing seeing what the result is. (After hanging this morning)

The Silistretcher is so much more comfortable than the PF and all traction devices that I've used, that I find "soreness" to be too strong a word for my experiences with it. It outright feels good in comparison. If I'm uncomfortable, it can easily be adjusted.

Are you guys still sending the duros for the people who originally bought the silistretcher? I never got mine

The SiliStretcher without using the Duro sleeves is not going to be able to handle much weight. Blue sleeves were not intended to handle this much weight so lightning designed a sleeve that is able to handle heavier weight, I suggest trying the Duro sleeve and you’ll find all the difference in the world

do you think 7 pounds on the blue sleeve will make gains? i dont really feel sore so dont know if its working or not

You dont want to be feeling sore, if you felt sore wearing it then the thing isnt a good device.

When using silistretcher as ADS, or with weight you will feel some obvious discomfort, but soreness is something you never aim for.

I'm going to be taking pictures very soon of the silistretcher showing its force on the siliscale compared with the phallosan. With the phallosan for example it has a green, yellow, and red color gauge for the user to see how the intensity is ... I will show using siliscale on a phallosan that the silistretcher is stronger.

This demo isnt on a penis, but simply me pulling one end attached to the devices.

Just to clarify this, you do want to feel fatigued and you want to ride that fatigue as long as possible. Fatigue feels like soreness but not pain.

Let me also clarify that soreness or fatigue may not always be present it has everything to do with how much your training and how intense those exercises are more tools for that matter.

Why not continue manual stretches for 10 to 15 minutes and then hanging with light weight for the healing process for the next hour like you are doing.
