Got my silistrecher - have questions

Hi
Maybe it seems a lot because i turn it before i enter my glans inside.
I do 1-2 full twist while inside.

Yes im talking about this gap. Wasn't sure if that's ok.
I don't have pain in general. I tried to push it back while my penis already inside through my penis and that's painful and also wasn't able to close the gap like that.

Use only 1 full turn. That's already 4inHg in a good seal. A perfect seal is 8inHg. Is there a slippage issue once you gave it on and under tension?

Mostly no.
What slips under pressure usually is the velcro on the small strip on the knee.

By the way, I haven't got my SiliStretcher to work perfectly jet. I'm scared off to much wear on my penis (making girth gains slower).
I believe I'm a person that need to separate girth work and length work, that is: Only girth work or length work.

Ah! I see. I have that problem too. Two methods of approach:
  1. Double strap. Just like the Velcro earlier, I place the Velcro right near the first strap's Velcro. However, I use the provided strap and wrap it over the first strap+elastic band to increase slippage of the Velcro.
  2. I use a spare quick release system to hold the line in place.

Double strap method:
First strap layer and elastic band near the strap's Velcro.

Wrap the second strap over the first. Velcro for the second strap overlaps the first, with a bit more tightness without cutting your blood circulation. It should be comfortable feeling.

Quick release method:
I sewn a ring of felt fabric near the Velcro of the elastic band for comfort, but also acts a loop creator for the elastic band Velcro.

I use the quick release strap I have laying around and create a stronger, no slip system. I need to clean it up a bit more but it's a perfect system so far. I jogged with it on and no slip.

@oldandlively hey
Maybe you familiar with this issue but always after i use the silistrecher and i go to pee (without it obviously) i get split stream.. this is really annoying.
If i don't use it for couple of hours it seems to be ok.

Is that common? Any way around it? Is it real problem or just temporarly because the glans are swolen?

Welcome to my world brother. It's very common. You are compression the urethra by around 30% using the penis sleeve. Don't worry. Take your palms and massage the glans between the palms by rolling it around a few times. That will restore the urethra in immediately. Let me know if that works out. If not, I got a different trick for you.

Didn't help.
Can it be because i may doing extra twisting sometime?

The spraying in different directions is a cause from the tip of the urethra being compressed too hard in the vacuum. When you roll the glans in the palms, it relaxes the urethra at the tip of the glans. The extra twisting of the cap/cup onto the glans doesn't do anything to the compression of the urethra. It happens to me too at the start when I use the ADS.

If palm rolling does work, pay attention to the directions of the spraying. Does the stream splits into different directions into small streams and firing off like a fan? Or does the stream fires off one direction but only a small portion splits off in a different direction?

The fan shape spraying is caused by directional compression. That means the glans is indeed being squeezed too hard in one direction, such as overly twisted into the cup. The trick is once you have the penis sleeve on, squeeze all the blood out of the glans before placing on the cup. This prevent over pressurizing of the glans and cause the urethra to have a directional compression.

When the dream is straight most of the time, but there is a small stream splits off elsewhere, part of the urethra is compressed. Try the method above, but, also takes your thumb and index fingers to quickly squeeze the tip of the urethra at the top and bottom, then side to side a couple of times. It takes less than 3 seconds. This is to release any urethra adhesion from the long hour of compressive state.

Like I said, it happens in the beginning, but goes away after two months of ADS usage. It was laughing at myself at times for accidentally peeing on may pants' sleeves.
