So as the title says, I recently bought the SS2 and within 24 hours the piston no longer moved, creating suction-release. This is frustrating because it’s not like it’s the cheapest device. I love this forum but that left a nasty taste in my mouth (pause) and idk if I want to purchase anything else from MOS due to quality of product/customer service. These are just my thoughts. I have emailed the sales team here and awaiting a response. This sucks but it won’t stop anything maybe just my trust in MoS products smh.

does the knob just keep spinning and the piston does not go up and down? if so here is a video explaining how to solve that
