Silistretcher 2.0

Good morning brothers! So I am going to resume training to day, six hours max.

Six hours is a great deal of time, I hope you got that all in today. Report back on how it felt.
 
@DayDreamDN to reduce or eliminate fluid make sure if you use the Silicap that you put a small pinhole or slit a few millimeters so that air can escape as it can cause pressure build up if the cap slips forward.

Also put the piston as far into the Silistretcher as you can and dial back 1/4 or 1/2 turn before applying.
You only need that much of a turn to hold tension on the Silistretcher.
This will produce pressure on the glans all around instead of concentrating it on the tip.

I have had some issues with fluid build up on the tip, but notice it more if on the tip of the glans is in the Silistretcher.

Also note while wearing that you may feel an itching sensation if some fluid is building up, at least that is what I notice.

I try to go about 1 to 1.5 hours before I take off Silistretcher so I can massage for a few minutes and then reapply.

Prior to the update of the pin hole/cut to release air pockets, I started applying the silicap with a full erection. This made putting it on extremely easy and stretching to prevent air pockets a no brainer.
I haven’t tried the pin hole method yet as I have had success the other way.

Just wanted to give you another option... blisters suck.

Fine for the five hours. Uncomfortable around the glands the last hour.
Training now with less pressure and I barely notice it!
 
Mity is on disabled list.
Rip the seal last night and tried use tonight( Houston gave me no grow).

You dont need a pump sleeve to use a flanged MityVac pump. A pump sleeve is just a luxury add on, the flange on the cylinder is the seal. The pump sleeve just helps prevent your balls getting sucked in if you do not know how to use a pump properly.

I tried that and I and the flanged did not lock on.
