Does anyone have siblings who also Penis Enlargement?

How many times have you read "I wish I would have known about Penis Enlargement years ago". Siblings are probably the easiest to let in on Penis Enlargement because of proximity to each other and the family bond.

Anyone have an older or younger brother that does Penis Enlargement too? Who let whom in on it?

Ahaha so he knew about Penis Enlargement also? Makes you wonder how many people actually know about it. But I'm not sure if I would tell my brother or not, we're close but it would still be awkward I think.
