Scrotum Question

My scrotum is attached to penis a little too much i think? If i try to pull on the one part it can go all the way up to the head, like some kind of flap. When I try to pump, my balls, scrotum or the little thigns that connect inside get pulled or sucked on by the pump and it hurts. I thought I read some where they are supposed to do something to your scrotum when your born? I'll post a pic.

yeah, when i pull on it, it goes all the way to my head. is a turkey neck common? what can i do about it?

ive had this turkey neck for about 2 years and honestly i cant tell you what to do about it since i havent figured it myself. You can try pulling down on your scrotum and your shaft up to stretch the skin but ive been doin this for a while and havent had any results and it hurts a bit when you feel the stretch. I know theres surgery but it can be costly. After time passes you kinda get used to it though. Your not the only one who has a turkey neck so dont feel like your the only one

Its really only noticable when your standing up 100% erect and your balls are hanging pretty low.. When im sitting down you cant even notice, thats defenitely gonna be a position i am gonna try when fucking, because that extra skin just sits down there at the base of my cock and makes it more girthier..
