Hi guys,

I haven't been on here for about a year and a half, almost since when I lost my privacy and quit PE. Back then I hung for about 3 months and in those months gained almost half an inch in length. Starting at about 5.125" NBPL to just over 5.5".(My goal is 7") Since then I haven't lost the gains, which I was sort of expecting to from what Ive read. I used to have a journal but I can't find it, possibly got deleted due to inactivity, but I will start a new one. Just a few seconds ago I finished ordering all the parts for the Snake hanger which will be my weapon of choice and a few rolls of Sports Prewrap for the healing portion so I should be receiving them in about a week. I am very excited to be back, and so grateful so see this forum is still here going strong!

Yup, your journal is in safe hands here! It is awesome to see you back but I know that every Brother will return at one point:) Look forward to your gains and sharing your experiences! Welcome back my Brother!

Thanks DLD, and huge thanks for keeping this forum going. The community here is top notch, not found in any other forum. I hope my time away from PE did not ruin my potential! I guess we will see!

By the way, I am looking into possibly getting an electric heater for the warm up. I used to just heat up some water and soak a towel in it. But I always found that a little messy. And the water got cold in a couple minutes, I would like to do 10 min + warmups. Any recommendations?

15 years for the Brotherhood! We are here for good!

An electric heating pad works wonders for a warm up and an extended warm down. When I was actively gaining I used this method. As a warm down it kept me expanded and elongated for the entire time I used the pad.
