Hello Guys,
Doing Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) we all get increase in our girth and length but for many people (like me ofc) doing 5x5x3 puts extra fatigue to penis and even with viagra the erection is not hard... (if I can get erected lol )
So, I wanted to ask all veterans who have great experience in this, whats the best way to have the maximum pumping result before sex and how much time before sex should we use it.
Can anyone let us know?

Sounds like you have a partial to a full blown ED. 5x5x3 will definitely place you into fatigue zone immediately, even with medical aids. 5x5x3 is considered as standard baseline approach. It's not meant as universal for everyone. It's a guideline for you to modify according to your needs. Better yet, reverse it at have a test run on a modified routine.

Drink pill 10 minutes before routine.
  • 5 minutes SSJ first, moderate pressure. No need to choke your penis to death while doing the SSJ.
  • 2 minutes pumping, low pressure. Question is, where are you in the low pressure and high pressure? Did you record your low and high pressure in the past month?

  • 5 minutes of SSJ second time, light pressure.
  • 3 minutes of dynamic...

Stop here. Test erection capacity and quality. This is pre-sex routine. You can even cut down the time as well from 5 minutes SSJ to 2 minutes SSJ, and from 3 minutes of pupming to 2 minutes of pumping. This reduces the total stress loads for the penis before having sex if you have ED or partial ED.
