Yes, the last set definately enters the pain zone...
After looking at SIMS videos about this I am actually kind of already doing this right now. When I start my BTC stretch I gradually increase the intensity. Only difference is sometimes the position gets too intense and borderline painful. When that happens I switch to a different one whilst keeping the stretch feeling of the tissue in the penis.
In 2 weeks I will add maximum bundling to my routine! (Currently I spin 1 round only)

Right on, I'll add 1 hour to my ADS routine. I'll also be using a silisleeve AT ALL TIMES when I'm not stretching, or at least wear it as much as I can... (This includes sleeping)
