Basically I do 5 min stretches x4 with the SRT. 1st set bundled down, 2nd straight down angled and straight up angled. 3d BTC and 4th BTC bundled.
After that I average around 3 hours in the extender.
5 days on 2 days rest.
Should I change or add anything here? (After reading about over stressing the penis and losing gains I am worried about overdoing stuff)

This is a great routine for length but not so much for girth. Are you only shooting for length?

Yes currently I am only focusing on length. After I have reached my current goal of 1 inch increase I'll add girth to my routine

Good start out routine. In a month, go with more intense routines.
 
PE is a continual journey. Once you start, it's addictive and it's hard to stop. It requires you to do some light maintenance routines to prevent regressiveness due to age. Your penis, like most of your body parts, do aged and get some losses. My penis is not a compromise for my loving nympho. She will not allow it.


She will not allow me to slam her in doggie style. The current size, she's screaming in pure bliss. She will slowly ride in cowgirl positions to meet her comfort and pleasureable ride zone. She likes to cuddle and have me do the spooning penetration, and this is the reason for the 23cm length. Since her rear has too much padding since her younger years, I have to increase the length to meet her needs.
Nothing motivates greater than striving for a partner satisfaction.

Using the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging I can't really think of any other stretches that are more effective other than adding more sets.
Is it mandatory to up the time in my ADS?

Excellent. Most don't use the methods of pull until you feel that dull achy feeling and just go into the "painful" zone. That is not the effective method of using the LengthMaster, pump, or even manual stretches.

So far, I see you're doing the SRT selected sets, including the BTC. Try to optimize it with the BTC-5D (between the cheeks, 5 minutes Dynamic stretches) where you hold the same range of angles for 5 minutes with constant pull with light releases. This optimizes the traction force between your moderate to upper zone. An example is a tug and pull between 2.2kg to 5kg. Dynamic traction force allows you to prevent the sudden trauma where the penile tissues just *SNAP* and get injured because of a constant static traction force of 5kg. This always happen to those who hang using weights. The so called "fatigue zone trauma" happens more than the brothers think.

Beside the bundled stretches, add the twists/contortion into the game. What is the twist/contortion? You literally twist your penis until you reach a max degrees while pulling/tugging on your penis. This breaks the tunica and surrounding tissues while you tug and pull on your penis. This is lateral collegenic bond breakage. Most don't take advantage of this to maximize this gains especially using the LengthMaster. Manual stretches using this is very difficult. This is why the LengthMaster is a masterful tool to have in taking advantage of this.

Ever use the LengthMaster to do PowerAssist? In the old days, we use broomstick handles. The LengthMaster as a built in PowerAsist module (the handle) to do more work than you can ever imagine. I use the PowerAssist during my stretches one day a week for 40 minutes.

Is it mandatory to up the time in my ADS?
Yes and no. If you use the LengthMaster, 3 to 4 hours post lengthening is sufficient. You can do passive wrap instead of ADS for longer hours if you like. The longer you wear your ADS , the better, but the LengthMaster already allow you break the initial 4 hours required by the normal traction devices. Most don't understand that it takes 4 to 6 hours for any traction devices to do what the LengthMaster can do in 20 to 30 minutes. You cut down so much time using the LengthMaster. I'm not sponsoring any devices but simply stating the truth. Ligamentary and muscle tissues at the base to reach softening, stressing, and destabilizing requires upward traction force past 150% the normal baseline at least 3 hours days before the body responses. The LengthMaster pushed it past 500% in 20 minutes. This is why we tell our brothers to take advantage by wrapping up after the routines using wraps, sleeves, or even ADS. ADS is highly recommended for at least 4 hours.

After looking at SIMS videos about this I am actually kind of already doing this right now. When I start my BTC stretch I gradually increase the intensity. Only difference is sometimes the position gets too intense and borderline painful. When that happens I switch to a different one whilst keeping the stretch feeling of the tissue in the penis.

Yes. The shallower the angle, the more painful it can get around the tunica. Let's say the downward rest angle for the penis is 0 degrees, straight down. Forward is negative or closer to 360. Backward is positive, or starting from 0 degrees. If you go betwen 45 degrees to roughly around 90 degrees, which is between your legs to the back, you are hitting some of the best angles without the pain. If you stick your butt back while sitting on the chair, facing the back rest, you are hitting betwen 65 to 85 degrees with the perfect amount of pelvic muscle passive resting during the push-pull. Why? When you sit, you engage your core muscles around your stomach, but your pelvic floor relaxes. When the pelvic flood relaxes, so is the rest of your pelvic area, which includes the ligmanents and your muscle tissues bound to the ligaments. This is where the pefect pull comes into play. You can deploy the same amount of traction force but gain an additional 20% to 30% on the push-pull on the ligaments. Add contortion to the penile shaft while doing this stretch, you effectively work every aspect of penile enhancement in one go.

Nice. No need to go too far. Just one quarter turn at a time where you feel most comfortable. No need to go crazy. It took me a good few months before I can go from 1.5 turns to 2 turns. Now, I'm nearly at 3 turns nearly a year later.

That's perfectly fine as well. I wear my sleeves on during resting as well. Don't make a habit of allow your penis to do 24 hours of PE for too long. You can do it 1 to 2 days a week, but for the rest of the time, allow the penis to get a full 6 to 8 hours of rest in its natural state. Max time under tension is 16 to 18 hours. You can split that 24 hours to Monday then Thursday, while the other days, you go up to 16 to 18 hours. Give your penis some love and care while training it. Warm oil massage, like filtered virgin coconut oil, castor oil, or even aloe vera will aid the rest process along the way.

Many men have no idea that their lengthmaster is also a powerassist. The angular intensity is amazing with powerassist exercises. I encourage all men to give them a try.
