I have to say this to all those people who do PE or going to start their journey in penis enlargement.......

DO NOT DO PE WITHOUT WARMUPS.

All this time I was doing PE without warmups......
My dick was growing well until recently I started seeing some problems with my dick.........

When I first started PE, I used to do only little warmups session. And because I was a newbie and newbies gains faster than veterans, I was seeing great gains and EQ. However, as time passed,I completely stopped doing warmups to save time I noticed that my rate of gaining started to decrease (which is normal). But, sometime after that, My penis started to hurt. Kegels started to hurt. Masturbation didn't used to feel good with all that pain. All that because I was doing advanced exercises like SSJ without warmups.......

Right now, my dick is kinda fucked up and is recovering.......

I used to blame it on my privacy and time issues that I cannot do warmups........
I am always surrounded with people in my house and rarely gets any privacy or time for myself. And with this corona virus bullshit, I don't think I will get privacy any time soon.........
I do not even remember the last time I did warmups.......

So in the end all I can say is, if you are having trouble with privacy and are thinking about doing PE without warmups to save time, DO NOT. You will be killing your penis.
If you do not have the time or privacy to do PE, then don't do it. Take the day off (or several)......

Warm ups are a vital part of training! Not only fdo they help to prevent injury, they make the exercises more productive.
 
Excellent post. Many people skip a warm-up and you’re right, this can lead to issues that could be easily avoided if they would just practice warming up. There are many different ways to do this it should never be skipped. Also a warm down is very important and the best warm down you can do is the testicle health massage and stretch in the newbie routine.
 
I have a few questions regarding this warmups.....

1. What should be the erection % when I am warming up?
2. How hot should be the wash cloth?
3. What are the areas am I supposed to warmup? Am I also supposed to warmup my glans?
4. Does applying warm cloth on my ball-sack will prevent sperm generation?

If you’re doing a warm-up or a warm down you should be flaccid. The washcloth should be hot but not so hot that it burns you. The area would be the entire penis. No you will not suffer sperm issues as the heat is not at a level that would affect that.

Well; I think that every person is different. I started PE in December 2018 and I have never done warmups, but I have gained 2 inches length.

Take the advise bro, its a safety precaution and its for your own good! certain things you can't play with and I dunno about you but I am not about to take chances with my dick!
 
Warmups never hurt. That's the best thinking. With that said, many as well don't do warmups. Just do bundles, that can be a warm up. Not everyone definitively needs warm ups. But again the point being, it doesn't hurt
 
Yea never done warmups as such, not with heat anyway
 
If you do not want to do warmups......
Just do some light bundled stretching in every direction.......

What exercises were you doing?
Just the normal exercises. No equipment at all, just jelq, BTC, normal stretches, bundled stretches. All with good form and intensity as DLD says. I think it's also the age, because I started when I was 15
