Pain, but no gain

I have a problem. When i use the cock ring when healing, i get skin problems. I would like to have the ring at the root but then i get bruises and need to move it up the shaft an inch. Then i can wear it all day, but it doesent look good when i take it of. Then my root look thin and where the ring sat is thick and nice. Is it gonna be a problem if i were the ring infront of the sack
 
It won't be a problem with regards to how growth develops, but you may have a preference to going full package with the ring over just the shaft.

I always preferred to go whole package when clamping.

You will need different sized rings, more slack for around the balls, perhaps at this moment you're going with too tight a construction.

what should i use for length healing? and what size should i order?
 
I prefer whole package, and believe it can deliver more force, however, I think it's wise starting with conventional around the base of the shaft, and in time if you like, head over to full package.

Some theorize that full package clamping, cock rings can damage delicate anatomy, and I will confess, it can be uncomfortable when the erection I'd solid, be ALLOT more vigilant, and during session if on a tight one, massage the scrotum, gently stretch the testicles, as they can suffer more when full package work due to the potential of cutting off circulation to that zone.

STAY SAFE .... It has benefits but work towards it.

You could also look at buying a cable clamp, which is adjustable, and @stillwantmore sells a clamp device for the penis to use for the shaft, not behind balls.

Hot wraps, do a few minutes before and if you can, keep a good temperature throughout the session.
yes i do that. What i meant was if i should wear a sili sleeve of some sort. In between workouts. I have read the srt. And it was rekomended to keep it elongated after workout. But i dont know what to buy. what do you use?

Yes you’ll want to keep yourself in a elongated state after you train for as long as possible. Best method is using your SiliStretcher keeping you extended after training. The next method would be using a SiliSleeve. This practice will help cement your gains and get you longer faster.
 
Hi everybody. I started my PE for about one year ago. First with only the bathmate, and started a full routine with jelqs and slow compression squeezes. My lenth is 7 long and 5.5 girth. I am quite happy with the 7 inch. but whant 6 inch girth. I have done this for every dag. With a rest day once in a while. I use a cockring the rest of the day after the rutine. But havent gain a millimeter. what am i doing wrong?
You are probably from Norway or Denmark. Used a word "dag"
 
Hi I don’t even know weather I’m in the right place or not, sorry if I’m not..I really need someone’s help.so I’m starting to get into P.E and I’ve been currently useing the penimaster pro for 2 hours per day and when I woke up this morning I noticed this purple mark on my penis..can anyone tell me what it is? And is it still safe to do P.E? Or should I wait ontil it clears up…many thanks in advance…

It appears to be thrombosis. Your best bet is to take a few days off and do some warn deep tissue massage. Also take an aspirin once per day to help relieve the thrombosis in the vein. Warm baths can also speed healing. It happens to many men so do not worry...it will clear up over time

Hi DLD thanks man I was getting proper stressed out.. I’ve been away for a while so I’m just getting back in the game..do you think the extender caused it or was I stretching to hard? I ordered the phalloson off you just last week there so I’ll maybe take a few days rest and start back once the phalloson comes…

Get yourself a length master if you are really serious with gaining length. You need to break down the toughness of the tunica and the length master is the best device for that. 30mins to 1 hour daily length master exercises combined with 4 hours tension on the phallosan will bring gains faster.

Hi thanks, yeah I already have the length master tho I won’t be bringing it in to my rountine just yet as I’m just starting back into pe again so I’m starting of slow just to make sure I don’t pick up any injuries..
 
I'm sorry if I am undermining Mr DLD's advice.

That looks more like a contrusion, a bruise than a thrombosis, a blood clot. Do what Dr. DLD said, "Take two aspirins and call him in the morning" I'm joking. It's an old saying when aspirin was initial created and prescribed.

Actually, Mr DLD is correct, take a few days off from PE and monitor the area for any changes. Along with some aspirin, a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs) that will thin the blood. Compression usually help heal a bruise, it prevent anymore blood leaks. It being on your penis may cause difficulty it you wrap it too tight. Definitely monitor any changes, you have a starting image, take a image tomorrow and do comparisons.

Do you feel any hard wire like veins at the point of injury? I was thinking about this last night. If notvyou will be fine to train by next week.

Hi DLD, no it’s completely smooth, and I checked this morning there and the bruising has faded almost to the point where you can hardly see it and it isn’t sore or that to touch. So I’m going to give it a few more days and I reckon I’m good to go..thanks again for the support man👍
