Our AVAILABLE diet nowadays is potentially 100x better balanced and more nutritious than what would have been available during the hunter gatherer era of human history. It is people's personal decisions that have them eating crap, but they have a choice NOT TO if they want now.
Actually no, the content of Iron in red meat has decreased by 75%, the vitamin C content in fruits and vegetables has also decreased, the sugar content of fruit is higher, alot of the food is genetically modified, alot of the cattle are grain fed, given anti biotics, hormones, crammed up in small farms etc...... With all this increase my choice not to eat that crap is harder because of the expense and rarity of that, their choice to do that is causing health problems, more money to be spent on health care and they becoming fat lazy fucks, If they want to, we should seperate the world into 2 groups.

Thats why animals in the wild either are significantly smaller in number than the human race, or they live out their entire life span in a few days and reproduce a thousand offspring before they die.

Also believe it or not overpopulation is a problem, but not near as intense as you are implying. The real problem lies with the unbalanced distribution of wealth. A small amount of people have the majority of the resources. Yet nowhere did I see that in your list of "solutions".

Agriculture was a GOOD thing, thats why its listed in history as an "advancement" or "progress".

Actually agriculture and technology advances are what are enabling us to live in areas formerly uninhabitable, and thats a fucking solution to overpopulation too! What the hell can you grow, or find to eat in the Tundra, or the Desert?
Who said we only lived in deserts?? All those things being unmonitered have led to thousands of problems, The answer is not to keep covering the syptoms but to eliminate the problem, which is too many humans.
I'm sure if you had extensive knowledge of it you could scrape by with a few other people, but hello if we can grow food in tons, and can transport it to anywhere in the world we want, well look at that, we can live just about anywhere can't we?
