Huh? Where have you been since 9/11? Not only do these people exist, but they've been multiplying at ever increasing rates since then. DWT is just a foot soldier in that vast and growing army. <:(
I guess I meant that I didn't think I would be coming in contact with one anytime soon.....or...something. I don't know, you got me:s

Oh, believe me; I've got vast amounts of experience with terrorists of EVERY flavor, but I guess I'm still just optimistic (or naive) enough to still be surprised to find someone spouting his fascist Nazi bullshit here on a site dedicated to making yer dick bigger. I read the thread all the way through in one shot and was planning to respond when I reached the last post, only to find the problem had been solved already. I was just saying thanks for that. And hopefully I'll never get so jaded or complacent that that kind of shit will ever fail to get me both disgusted and enraged. If that ever happens then I know I've lost MY humanity. And I'm tryin Gawdamm hard not to.

And that makes you not racist? Alot of people who are racist would also fuck chicks from any nationality and or culture too.

I'm just wondering why did you post that?

Clearly, that was meant to be humorous.

I am lost as to how 9/11 is related to the ridiculous suggestions that started the thread.

Oops, penguinsfan. My bad. I don't see the connection to DWT's comments and 9/11, either.

Okay, but I said "I am lost as to how 9/11 is related to the ridiculous suggestions that STARTED THE THREAD", which is where I assumed you were going.

Like many of the comments in this thread, and with countless comments made in almost every other thread on MoS (and just about every other messageboard on the planet), my comment had nothing to do with the very first comment of the thread. It was addressing a much later comment that bIgjOe made. I was simply following the natural course of the conversation. I don't understand why you have a problem with that and why you're giving me a hard time. If you disagree with me, fine. But this isn't right.

With the current standard of living in the West the Earth is capable of sustaining a absolute maximum of about 2 billion people. Probably alot less. This is according to a majority of ecologists etc. We are currently at 6,5 billion and counting...

We are WAY over the carrying capacity of this planet and are in for a real rude awakening within the next decades. It is going to be messy like never before in history.

We have just passed the global peak in oil production which means that we have used up 50% of all the oil that was ever created. The first half took us 125 years, the second will dissappear in about 25. Think about it. Our civilization is 100% dependent upon fossile fuels, for food, heating, transportation etc etc. And both oil and natural gas are now running out fast. A major shift in living standards as well as a shitload of resource wars are both heading our way.

True. But we are working on alternative energy sources. There will be more wars, inevitably, but I still have faith in mankind.

I wasn't trying to give you a hard time. I have no dislike towards you, as you've been a valuable member here at MOS, dispite our recent political disagreements. I just thought you were linking 9/11 to the initial thoughts posted by DWTS00 and I couldn't see how those particular comments (insane and asinine as they were) had anything to do with 9/11.

9/11 was by far the most shocking and sad day of my life and I hate when people try to blame the victims or take it in a direction it shouldn't go. I had no idea where you comments were going, but found them really strange at the time. It was just a misunderstanding.

Damn, there are people that blame the victims of 9/11? The closest thing I've heard to that sort of thing was that one professor that was like Native American or something. I'm not sure I've ever heard anyone actually outright say that it was the victims of 9/11's fault it happened. That'd be the dumbest thing I've heard.

I would pretty much put Ward Churchill in that category. His comments were so stupid and poorly worded (at best) that he could not have possibly expected anything other than the criticism he received.

True that.
