No warm up?

I have to Penis Enlargement discreetly. I have made great gains, but sometimes I think I would do even better if I could cement my gains with more consistent workouts. The problem is sometimes I just can't do a full Penis Enlargement & warm up etc. because of the privacy thing.
BUT, I sometimes do have time to do something fairly quick (without a warm up). Is there any way to do more gentle stretches or something without a warm up (without injuring myself) just to help cement gains in between full regular Penis Enlargement sessions?

Search for the how-to in the search bar on how make a rice sock (just type in "rice sock"). Once you've got one, microwave it for 30 seconds to a minute (depends on microwave strength). You'll be good as gold for up to 30 minutes of stretching.

Also, you can put it in your sock drawer or hide it in your drawer. Make sure you don't over cook the rice though as it stains the sock and also creates a burnt popcorn like odor. You may have to change the rice periodically.

This is possibly the best and most discrete way to get a warm up in without eliciting suspicion, especially if you have a microwave in your room.
 
Thanks very much for the input. Both very good ideas. i didn't realize the convenience of the rice sock. The LAS makes sense too. Btw, how long do you have to "apply" the rice sock?

3-5 minutes is fine.
