newart.com ripped me off

I ordered a tube from them recently and they sent the wrong size. Mistakes happen but what pissed me off is that I've sent them four emails and they just won't respond to me. Its been over a week. Don't order from them.

Whoa Jason, Newart has been one of the best and I think still the best for things like this. I can't and don't believe they intentionally ripped you off and I personally don't think this forum is a place for you to voice your displeasure and tell people not to use them. I have had wonderful experience and think that something is wrong here. Call them. Don't trust Email and don't judge them wrong until they respond. I have called them, they have been very professional, very helpful and responded immediately. GS
 
Wait so your not even willing to call them. GS is an administrator if you haven't noticed and experienced pumper....and a newart company. Why wouldn't you take his advice? You have to keep in mind that sometimes email boxes get filled and sometimes sent emails don't arrive. I support GS advice, just give them a call to check up. I mean seriously what do you have to lose?
 
I don't know what you mean when you say that GS is a newart company. If you read my post you would see that emails do arrive. They open up support tickets in their system. What do I have to lose? Go read my post again.
 
Forgot to add that now I get return emails that say my support tickets have been denied because I have already sent them twenty. I used to get return emails that say my support tickets have been opened. This is no problem with the email.
 
Jason, read your own post. You are not giving them a chance. All Longstretch was saying is that my experiences with Newart has only been good. I am not promoting Newart but sure hate it when a bum report is given for what I don't think is right. Do your thing, you are anyway. Call them. I would even call them for you, if you really want this resolved. GS

Pick up the phone and CALL them. What do you have to lose. Stop being a pussy and call,call,and call. Not a personal attack at you, but you won't even call, man if someone had my money for a product, you best believe I'd give them a call, not an e-mail.

Call them and then tell us what happened.
 
Ok I'll listen to reason. I will call them. However when you guys say that I am not giving them a chance that is not true. I shouldn't have had to do all of this. Businesses aren't supposed to do these sorts of things. They have received twenty emails from me. Even if I hadn't sent them any emails after they received my return they should have sent out the new tube.

That is so true Jason, good businesses would have kept you informed on whats going on, however there is nothing like a pissed off customer live on the phone letting them know exactly what you want.

Hopefully BTC is not just one here trying to clean things up for the moment. I hope his words here are real, and Please call and let them know how you feel, do it diplomaticly, don't cuss them out until they provoke you. lol
 
Just called them. Let it ring for a long time. Guess what? No answer. What a suprise.
 
I'm not complaining to MOS. I was simply telling people so they didn't have the same thing happen. Then people started saying I was wrong so here we are.
 
This doesn't concern you at all. I'll post whatever I want. You're the one whining.
 
Jason and Maxan, I feel that your arguements are valid but want Newart to have a chance. I will call Newart tomorrow. Mos is not the place to promote or criticize a company. But I agree that if they are not what they have been, then we will let it stand. I personally have had nothing but good to say about them and have dealt with them often. I have reccomended them but if they are not now what they were, guess we should know. GS
 
I have been waiting for Jason1 to settle this but since he has not, I will make some final comments. I have communicated with Newart about this. There is much more than meets the eye here. They asked for the tube to be returned and Jason refused. They have settled with him, refunded his money, according to them, and it is settled. Again, I feel these things need to be clear and honest. MOS is not about endorsing product or companies, but we are about fairness.
