Aren't steroids supposed to mess up your heart?

they can mess up multiple organ systems but if done properly with supporting supplementation and proper cycling they can be done very healthily. of course there are always risks. one person might smoke from the time they are a teen and be 87...still smoking and healthy as can be...and that's my grandmother. or like my friends sister who has smoked since her 30's is being treated for stage 4 lung cancer.

Me with a huge dick is fine lol

Not as much as smoking and drinking, or eating burgers and pizza

I've been drinking some beer lately after quitting smoking. The beer intake was getting out of hand, so I backed down. Too much of everything is bad.

Good to see people considering adding supplements to their PE program. Your choice of peptides could possibly work in your favor. Not only does growth hormone help rebuilding of cells (recovery) but it'll burn melt fat as well. So if you have a fat pad simply bringing that down will increase the appearance/useable area of your penis. Just so everyone is clear (because I saw a comment about steroids) OP isn't using steroids. He's using PEPTIDES. Steroids are hormone based. Peptides are not. Peptides are chains/blocks of amino acid (correct! Your body produces amino acids naturally). They have peptides for EVERYTHING these days - diabetes, heart disease, injury repair (recovery),etc. I posted a thread about a month or so ago talking about some possible supplements (Cissus, Peptide BPC-157) that are scientifically proven to speed up recovery of damaged tissue (that is what exercise is - damaged tissue). Remember it's not the exercise (whether lifting in the gym or your PE program) that is solely responsible for growth. Exercise breaks down tissue. The body's response to "damaged tissue" is to rebuild that tissue, but not to the same level it was before. It will always rebuild with the intention of preventing that "trauma" again/increasing the body's ability to withstand the level of trauma (exercise) that caused the original reason for tissue breakdown (injury). It's the RECOVERY from exercise/trauma that is key. Anything you can do to provide the body with the proper materials will speed up recovery. Faster recovery means the ability to train more often or more intensely.

Here is my post from a month or so ago if anyone is interested:
