So i listened to one of the members here and bought cotton gauze and bondage tape.
That was working for me for the longest time, but recently my cotton gauze keeps sliding up on my head making it uncomftorable and impossible to stretch.

I will post a video for explanation, but does anyone have any tips or advice

Ok the video wont load.
But the wrap keeps coming up and its smashing my head. I had this issue before and it seemed to go away but now its back.
Any tips?

Check the video section in the LM forum and look for a new video posted by beardedbaldy. He just made a new video on a wrap for the LM and it looks like it will be a good one, I just watched it last night

TM6, I just tried this new wrap last night and it worked pretty well. One thing I have learned is that the more you can keep the skin pulled back to the base during the wrap the better it is

Hope things are getting better for you bro. Wrapping can be a little tricky but with a little practice it gets easier.

He needs to stick to one routine and commit to it for at least 3 months. Changing routines constantly will never allow a gain to happen if it is not done consistently. My best advice is to pick one routine.
