I'm using the length master as my weapon of choice when it comes to length. Let's give you a 6 month routine which is made up of two exercises.
Do 3 reps of 20mins bundled stretches with your length master. One 20mins set in the morning, another in the afternoon and then the last one before going to bed. Always wrap with your ace bandage or wear the silisleeve or duro sleeve right after each session.
once you complete 90 days, switch over to bundled __________ stretches. Do 3 sets in same pattern as written above.
20mins bundled __________ stretch in the morning, another one in the afternoon and the last one right before going to bed. Always change your length master routine every 3 months.
But you can as well do the routine for 6 months each. It's very unlikely to hit a plateau when training in this manner with the length master.
