Much better to buy ingredients seperate and not by these fancy makers like Gaspari Nutrition etc. These things sell allot on hype and although they will work to some extent, its best to save allot of money and buy stuff that you need.
Pre-Workout you need some Protein, Carbs, L-Glutamine, Taurine, L-Leucine and Creatine .. I use CEE instead of Creatine and its this which gives you energy .. if you need mental energy than simply add something like L-Tyrosine or Phenibut, Caffeine .. all very cheap in powder form and you will see BETTER results than these fancy products.
