This was a few months Go in the UK on channel 4 I only recently seen it myself.

I heard a radio interview with the guy who had a reduction; he said he did some “exercises” when he was younger, to improve his erections, but ended up growing quite a bit. Think he said his girth was over 7.5".

If I have a girth of 7.5, I won't do a reduction surgery. I would rather change my preference in women.

I think those guys in the video I linked are a mix of liars, as none were actually measured, and true big ones due to some penis enlargement.

Some don't help themselves and wore underwear that showed it off more and than complained they didn't like the attention.
