MoS program question

Hi i have one question, does MoS 5 phase program require some next invest to equipment? (Lengthmaster, SG etc..) or it can be done just manual/with hands?

I think you only need the power assist,but you can get gains using the hands only,The LM can help out a ton too.Devices can make things easier and more fun

The 5 Phase Program is all Manual with the assistance of the LengthMaster.

The SRT routine is a routine that utilizes both manual and tools to make gains much faster.

You can use any credit card.

You should get yourself a length master even though gains can be made with your bare hands.
