Ball & Lig Stretches do not need to be perfect. The important thing is that you do them. Using them as a warm up are a good strategy.

If your scrotum are really tight, and your balls are pushed forward and up when you have an erection, these are signs you need more skin (= do Ball & Lig Stretches).

I don't understand. You do this exercise to increase the skin to grow faster, and to get a longer/lower flaccid hang.Long story short, had an injury to my penis. Lost about 2” in length. Now it feels like the skin on my penis is almost too tight.

You can't compare yourself and believing you can stretch as @DLD do in this video immediately. It will take time. It took some time for me to get to a point, where I could really rotate and stretch everything.
You should not be in an erected state when doing Ball & Lig stretches, it's a flaccid only exercise.What I’m saying is there’s no skin for me to pull up when erect
