Hopefully I have a beautiful wife and kids before I get old. If I’m still single in my 50’s and up I’m not worried about procreation.

I’ll be 30 in January. I currently work in a bulk foods department and my back hurts like hell at the end of my shift.

I’m thinking about becoming a veterinarian assistant it may not pay much, but there’s no heavy lifting involved and it’s a career.

Same here, I work in an occupation where there is much abuse of the body. You can take care of your body, but it's not good for the back longterm (inducing forward posture).

I can't work here my entire life, I want to do something else and use my full potential in life. I do something good (take care of people), but this isn't enough for me, since the salary is to low.

Pump and do SSJ and jelq once a week. Do the 5x5x3 pumping routine and also jelq for 20 minutes. Once a week. This should do.
thanks for the feedback but when I’m done with pe I don’t want to look back at these exercises. Probably a strong Kegel Routine 1-2x per week will do or not??
 
Kegel is not maintenance. It is best to gain an extra 0.5. This will help cement your gains.
I would probably try the ssj when I’m doing pe but I’m talking about after I’m done with everything with no maintenance and I did my cement gains. I just want to know if I’ve done everything during my pe years will my EQ stay through my life . Like I’ve seen that kegels can keep, if not help, EQ

EQ is like training. Keep your body healthy and your EQ will be good.
For EQ do Kegels. You don't need to have a program in place for this. Just do them throughout the day. This should be mandatory for every man for his entire life. Can't believe men are not told his outside of this brotherhood.

You can also do deadlifts, picking up heavy slam balls from the ground, dumbell rows... and more. As long as you are activate your PC muscles and train them regularly you should be fine. When at the gym, it's important to keep abdominal pressure when you lift heavy. Don't use a weightliftingbelt.

Also I want to know if I stop taking supplements that help with blood flow, would it affect my EQ or would it be the same??

Maintenance should cover a set of girth work, a session of length and a kegel routine
