I have been struggling with the sluice sizes since I bought my PMP . I have a friction sore on the top behind the coronal ridge . The sore gets the worst abuse when using a strap at work in my Kitchen . It must be the angle where the PMP attaches to the strap and the tightness of the sluice . In the bar setup I still get it but, I have devised a solution to make the bars safe and a guy named Nash from P.E. Gym has pioneered the use of latex balloons for all of the wear parts in the PMP . Here is a link to his thread and his album for picture of how this can be achieved, http://www.pegym.com/forums/groups/penimaster-pro-d576-latex-baloon.html and http://www.pegym.com/forums/members/nash-albums-use-latex-baloon.html . My solution for the pressure is for one to put a rubber band over the the shoulder of the extender while it is connected to the bars then when one puts the glans on the shoulders the rubber band will not allow the chamber to dip down and alleviate the pressure . The shoulders or MSP Concept calls it the coupling socket , the rubber band would slide back to be even with the ridge on the glans chamber that the diaphragm secures to. The latex balloons are really awesome , I cannot comment on how long they last but, so far MSP Concept cannot touch its comfort. They are not twisting balloons as Nash explains they are just regular round . I am presently using a 9 in. for the diaphragm and a 12 in. for the sluice. I ordered larger balloons for the sluice but , the 12 in. ones I got from PartyCity ate near perfect. You need to check out his album to see how to attach the 9 in. to the glans chamber , no mods are needed just cutting the balloons. As the balloons get larger the neck (A.K.A. the mouth piece) get larger too , each company is little different. I just ordered from http://www.balloonsfast.com/ , they sell professional top quality balloons from Tuf-Tex and Qualatex . I will post later if there is any difference in durability and comfort. Good luck

Yesterday I wore my PMP all day , all day. I only had to take off it to use the bathroom , extremely comfortable . Just the other day my unit was so sore that I could not wear it for more than an hour . I switched to the balloons that same day and only had mild difficulties. The next day was yesterday and no pain none , my rubber band mod relieves some pressure from behind the coronal ridge as well . Good luck to all , the balloons are the ultimate . They are difficult to wash compared to the latex parts that come with but that the price you pay.

im trying this too. i am having the same problems, sore glans if i don't take breaks every hour because i think the sluice is just too tight. the other problem i have is after prolonged use, my pee hole becomes mildly swollen. i've tried bulging out the diaphragm before inserting but it doesn't work for me. any more tips?

I also had a friction sore behind the coronal ridge of my penis one time I used the belt, now it has become fibrotic. thanks for the input about rubber band.

Do you best to make sure all the are is out ( bulging out the diaphragm ) and lower the tension I know it seems counter productive but , getting some endurance to the pulling forces cannot be done a high tension .
I recieved my 17" Tuf-Tex balloons and my 9" Qaulatex balloons yesterday, the 17" is great for the sluice ( I was afraid it may be to big) , the 9" is great but , an *" would be better I think . The balloons are very stretchy compared to the latex parts that come with the PMP . They also stretch without applying a ton of counter pressure ( it does not take a lot of force to stretch the balloons so the force exerted back is minimal) . The guy I got the idea from is using a 14 " balloon for the sluice , I have trouble finding them .
I also started another experiment with GE silicone caulk , I thin it out with pure odorless mineral spirits , has to be exactly that or it will not work . I dip the glans chamber in up to the ridge where the diaphragm stops and then wipe the outside off . So now I have a silicone bumper inside the chamber that will hopefully aid in the fit and help with comfort . The smallest split ring adapter was to much but , that was also when the latex parts were the problem . One can also make the split adapters more tailored with sand paper . It works I did it but, I did not change the latex so I still got the sores . Maybe it could work with the balloons . Any how I am sill waiting for the silicone to dry I will keep you all posted .

Awesome thanks Ronan is was going to buy the sleeves from the site but I'll give the ballon a try:)
