Yes, absolutely. I do jelquing flaccid, erect, and while wearing cock rings. Cock rings come in lot's of different sizes and materials. Find what you like the best. Im in total agreement...you can jelq with a cockring but make sure that its tight enough to prevent blood from leaving the penis while allowing you to be able to kegal blood into your penis. Its really about how it feels to you so always go with how your body feels and reacts to the exercises.

Most people who jelqed and made gains did so without wearing a cock ring. I think it is good to experiment some times like you are thinking of doing. But I also like to follow proven methods which is jelqing without a cock ring.
