Well I can say that it is hard to not do pe, I am always thinking if I should get in another stretch or how to work in a LENGTHMASTER session. This is a good sign I guess as it is just a habit now. Rest and heal is my goal for the next 2 weeks might be as difficult as one itself

Rest is different for everybody. I never took rest days. I went seven days on for 15 years. Asking my opinion about how much work we should do, I’m always gonna tell you to do the most you possibly can. When I got in this game people made a half inch gain in two years and were happy with that, I was not having that! It was no way in the world I was waiting that long for a half inch of length.

My first progress report after six months I put on 2 inches of length and 1/2 of an inch in girth. When I posted this on another forum at the time they did not believe me until they were able to see picture proof. But it went way beyond that, the BBC, channel 4, GQ magazine, king magazine, source magazine, salon and many other outlets did articles and documentaries on my growth and measured me in person. Hello brothers I am back from decon. I spent the last 2 weeks on Devon after my first six months of pe. The bad new is I lost .5 of a cm in bpfl and hard earned gaines, not why I wanted but I am also starting fresh. I am going to be incorporating heat into my routine and have gotten a ultrasound device to work with. I am going to be incorporating that with a 30 min length master routine and start girt workout 3 times per week with the 5x5x3 routine. The first 12 weeks I ant to 22 cm bpfsl and to get to 14.5 cm girth. I am starting out at 13.3 right now so that would be a 1.2 cm gain. Looking forward to the next leg in my journey. Let’s get gaining

Welcome back my brother! Have no fears about whatever you lost it will come back after the first week you train. And after a D-con break you can expect to see you very quick growth, almost like a newbie.
 
Are you still doing 5 days PE/stretch and 2 days off? This is what I’ve been doing the last 2 weeks and I hope it works for me too. Then I read about those taking no days off and feel guilty LOL.

i need the 2 days though for healing and my spouse wants the D and can’t be sore for that.
 
I do the 5 on and 2 off. This works well for me and it makes consistent gains. I use a sleeve for the weekend just to keep elongated and heal. Works great for me and keeps me motivated. I would lose consistency if I did it even more for me. Don’t worry about the 2 days off I am I. The boat that healing is as important as the exercises themselves. Go get them gains

So happy to know you’re practicing the healing procedures, this makes all the difference in the world. SRT is truly a miracle in PE
 
Last week I logged 3 solid days of training. I am still 80 percent length focused with a 20 percent girth focus for conditioning. For length I do a 30 min length master low grip with 10 min of bundles included. I will do this 3 times per week to really express the inner penis. The last 2 length master routines will be behind the glands grip at 30 min

I am incorporating heat into my routines and focusing on developing that variable. I have purchase a us device and the total man heating pad for thepenis. I warm up for 30 min in heating pad while hanging then straight into ultrasound for 20 min and cool down for 20 min while hanging. It will be interesting to see if that will have an effect on my growth.

for girth I am taking the next 3 months and conditioning myself to the 5x5x3 routine. I only pump to 5hg and am working on perfecting ssj but I am still not able to complete a full work out which is expected andI feel 12 weeks will be enough to condition and maybe add a 1/4 inch.

I like running 12 on and 2 off and shoot for 1 inch of growth. I will sametime frame again. Here’s to big gains the next 12 weeks, let’s get growing.
 
The smartest thing you’re doing right now is incorporating heat into your work out. I think one of the biggest things I did the other people didn’t do that brought me so much size was I use a heating pad the whole entire day. I would use it when I was training and when I was not training I would wrap my penis in it to heal. Do you feel like things are going better now that you’re using heat?
 
I am in the first week of it but it seems that my tissue is much more pliable with it sir far. I am hoping this will translate into bpfl for this three months. I will post the data we will see what heat does to a growth regime.

If you’re going to see a massive difference. Heat is a extremely important component of growth. As a matter of fact I will be writing heat into the SRT routine sometime this month.

I am going to have to work the next 3 weeks hard then I have a family trip for 7 days with no hope of privacy just manual stretching worked in. I am not counting that week in my 12 week trial so it will be just maintenance. I still updatenew measurement in 3 weeks to see the progress let’s get gaining

Have you considered the heating pad I advised?
 
Yup I am working the heating pad right now during this trial. I think I am going to scale back my girth work for this trial as it is very demanding. I am going to focus on length solely to get to 23 bpfsl. I am 21 so I will need to gain about 2mm per week let’s get gaining

Thank you so much for trying this and I think it’s going to give you the stretchability and the mailable state necessary to making the best growth possible.
 
I love this, I am putting this on my wall you truly are a wizard of data. I am going to focus on this and make it happen. I was able to gain 1 mm per week average my last trial send that was over six months. With heat I am hoping that will at least double my gains. Let’s get growing

I am continuing the testicular health massage for turkey neck and hang. I know I got my growth this week. Will update next Friday for measurement then have 1 week off due to vacation. Threat I have your growth goal sheet on my wall and I look at it all day I am going to hit my marks. Let’s get growing

Made it 1 month and the results are in. I made 21.2 cm bpfsl. This is a an increase of .8 cm from the start. I am getting the 2 cm per week in average for the month. I have to go on a 9 day break due to a vacation with no option of privacy. My goal is to keep what I have gained with manual stretches. This will be a mid trial Decon so it will be interesting to see the results when I get back. Keep growing brothers I’ll catch up when I hat back
