I have noticed my penis will become numb after intense stretching? Is this normal and do I continue stretching after? I am stretching to pain and focusing on intensity just hope this is normal?

When you say goes numb how long does this last?
 
It will last for about a half an hour after stretching. The numbness is in the ligs and shaft usually after about 20 minutes in stretching with the LENGTHMASTER

That’s perfectly safe and expected. To quicken this I suggest you do some deep tissue massage which will also help bring the feeling back
 
This week is what I would consider a good solid week of PE. The wraps were working well on the LENGTHMASTER and the silistretcher was good to go. I got all 5 days in and hit my personal best on stretch by .3 cm. I wanted to close the gap between my starting stretch and ending stretch measurement so I worked on my sili sleeve to keep me more elongated while healing . This showed up in the numbers as well. I am thinking that this will keep my flaccid much better in line with my gains.

this is progression is starting measurement, after 1 hour silistretcher, after 30 min LENGTHMASTER, after 1 hour silistretcher. It is interesting sometimes I make great gains with the silo stretched sometimes with the length master. Just goes to show that both types is stretching intense and less intense for longer periods of time are needed. I can tell you my ligs and dick were above average sore all the way through the week and I had a little soreness in the morning after healing. So far this intensity is producing decent results and it is very maintainable. Looking forward to a strong next week let’s get growing

I love the way you’re doing this and I know other people have done it before but you seem to be following through with it which is going to give us great data. Thanks so much for putting so much into this as it will be beneficial to the whole brotherhood
 
You bet it is very beneficial to see if I am effective plus also I can use a data based feedback on if I need more rest or need new exercises. I ordered a size genetics extender as I want to see how longer time under tension works.

You can do a lot of cool experimentation with the SG. It’s probably the best traction stretcher available. You may want to look into picking up the VLC as an attachment for your SG as it is very comfortable and it makes putting an on and off very quickly, within 30 seconds. Otherwise taking it off and putting it on would take you five minutes.
 
I will look into that. I was only able to get 3 days in with data and will post tomorrow. I worked hard for those 3 days and I was incredibly sore for 3 days afterword. I am experimenting with both the LENGTHMASTER and the Sg stretchers and those two combined will about pull my dock off. My eq was way down until the last day of rest. I have been sleeving for 12 hours per day to keep healing in the extended state. I have wanted to PE the entire 4 days and had to force myself to not. Slow and steady it’s a marathon. I am going to have 4 days to train this week, and then the next 3 weeks is going to be spotty for privacy. I am working on the best stealth PE for me and believe it will be the SG and sleeves right now. I will keep my lm close by if I am able to find 30 min to get a workout in but it will be sporadic at best. There will be challenges but I am patient I am bringing 2020 to a close strong and will be working 2021 hard for big gains. Merry Christmas everyone

This three days I had great LENGTHMASTER sessions and intermixed the Sg. I was sore for 3 days afterword with terrible eq. I only have 4 days of training this wee and will continue to experiment

So I got 4 days of measurement in last week.I am working the size genetics extender and want to get 7 hours per day in that. I believe I have progressed to being able to do some work on the weekends and tried it this weekend with 4 hours per day of size genetics. I put good tension on but nothing out of this world. I think it went well but will post measurements on Friday.

15.7 is the best measurement I have gotten so I know I am getting some gains. The am not to hopefull of my Jan 15 measurement but I know I am working the right direction. I am going to keep the extenders on and keep working forward. Iam trusting this process. I amvery motivated and love doing PE. I find on my days off I really miss it and have to stop myself. Slow progression of intensity. I am going to work the extender and see how that goes. To the year of big gains let’s get them gains

Thank you anything I can do to help others with my mistakes. I am going to work my size genetics percentage stretch this week and see how that will work. I want to optimize the schedule I wear it to 12 hours 5 days per week and am experimenting with the silistretcher extreme on the weekends. I am loving the results. Still hard to believe I am actually growing my dick. To the year of big gains 2021

I take the initial measurement pre training. Then I will put on ads or extender for 1 hour. I the take another measurement after my LENGTHMASTER workout which is about 1/2 hour, then finish up after extender work for the day

I am not seeing the percent stretch I see with the silistretcher and the length master. I did wear it for 4 hours per day for 3 days over the weekend to see how it works and was able to come up with a wrapping solution that worked well. I am going to do a couple days of silistretcher work with 1 LENGTHMASTER session to see if I can up those gains a bit. My prediction is going to be the combination of lm and silistretcher for me will get me into a better percent strain. The sg did cement gains very well and my starting length is well above where I was. The stretch is intense and consistent but there is a lot more fiddling with it and it is harder to conceal. I want to see if the lm will come through and provide room for future growth.

Why are use the SG when you have the SS? The SS is a far better tool in every way.

I drank the coolaid. I like the Sg platform and when I don’t have privacy i I was hoping to have consistent strain. If you have complete privacy and just want to do computer work I think this would be a good option. Still experimenting with different methods. It is also good if day you get a blister and can’t do ss work it would be a good fall back for extension with tension

It is definitely very powerful in that sense. I think it’s a great active device for gaining length. If you’re not moving you can get incredible intensity.
 
Well brothers just wanted to update. My privacy has been way down so my measuring stopped last week. I have been logging at least 8 hours per day in the silistretcher at moderate tension and I have been keeping up with the newbie routine for 30 min in the LENGTHMASTER. I have a trip planned to Jamaica coming up in April and want to make a goal for the trip. I am coming up on my 90 day measurement and hope to be at least 18.5 cm. My short term goal for Jamaica is going to be 20.5 cm. I want to take my trip with an 8 inch dick. This will be a gain of a little less than an inch in 90 days. This will be my 6 months anniversary and I plan on taking an15 day Decon afterword. I am still developing a routine around the silo stretcher and the lengthmaster, I think I will do 2 30 minutes sessions LENGTHMASTER and log at least 8 hours per day silistretcher. What do you guys think will this give me the length I need in 90 days? Open for suggestions thanks for the help.
