Today marks my 90 days of PE and since last measurement I have gained .4 cm bpfl and gained. This brings me to my current measurement of 18.5 bpel and 19.4 bpfl.

I have gained overall a 2cm gain on erect and a 3.4 cm gain on flaccid length.

lessons learned.Keep consistent with work outs everyday just make it a part of your routine, don’t beat yourself up for mistakes, and for goodness sake put the ruler away. I found I am having way more fun not measuring and focusing on the stretches and not measurements.
 
So as if today i will be starting. Personal challenge of 12 weeks. I need to gain 2 cm both in bpfl and bpel. That is a consistent gain of .17 cm per week, a huge undertaking. I want to get past a major milestone of 8 inches and this is my push to do so. My routine consists of silistretcher 8-10 hours per day every day. Lenghthmaster stretching of 6 minutes of bundled stretches and 24 minutes of stretching all direction per session. I want to get up to 2 sessions or an hour per day of lengthmaster stretching something. I have yet to do. Year of 2021 big gains for me 8 inches watch out here I come

Just an update I have been logging about 6 hours per day of silo stretcher and I hit my 2 30 min sessions last Friday in the lengthmaster. I was sore for 2 days straight but kept the silo stretcher on to heal with the gains on. I only have 4 days of active pe this week with 2 days of passive pe or the silistretcher. I am going to hit 1 hour per day of lengthmaster and 10 hours per day of silo stretcher for the 4 days, then hit the passive silistretcher this weekend. Let’s get gaining!

This looks like an incredible life routine! Make sure you’re getting the three proper stretches and being expressive stretching, bundled stretching and erect stretching. Simply work them in to what you’re doing and they will help you gain from different angles

20 minute newbie holding for 1 minute per stretch

I do this 2 times a day plus where the silistretcher for about 9 hours. I use 1 of my sessions for expressive stretchingwith the LengthMaster towards the bottom of my shaft. My 1 inch by April goal is going to happen. My motivation is high and my commitment is high let’s get growing

Sounds good my brother. Were you able to try some of those stretches I advised above? They will really help you skyrocket your growth

That is my favorite expressive stretch so yes go with that.
 
I got 4 days of good training with 7 days of at least 10 hours per day of silistretcher. I got 2 days of 2 30 mins of stretching with LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and with the other 2 at 30 mins per day. I am keeping the ruler in the drawer but it looks like I am gaining length. Woot woot. Motivation is low right now since I am in the grind but that is to be expected. I am keeping consistent with as much pe training as life will allow with the max being 5 days per week. My next short term goal is to get to 3 rotations of the LengthMaster I am at 2.5 so I keep working that. I am 2 weeks into my 12 week to an inch challenge and have 2 more until I measure l. Let’s get growing
 
Motivation is not continuous, it is a momentary thing, it will only last intermittent moments throughout the PE- journey...
...know your Why, the purpose you are taking this PE-journey. Sometimes, we really don't know our purpose with certain goals. Once you truly know the why, the real purpose for doing it. That is when you keep pushing through the hard, difficult, awkward, frustrating, feeling like quitting times all the way to the end of your PE-journey.

I am doing the newbie stretches all directions with 10 minutes bundled and about 10 minutes of expressive stretching. My ligs are incredibly sore but I am learning to ride the fatigue. No pain no gain. Looking forward to a hard 5 days this coming week. 2 weeks untill my 30 day measurement looking for solid gains

No soreness no gain ?

A big difference between pain and soreness. What you’re feeling is fatigue for all the right reasons and riding it out is the smartest thing you can do to gain length
 
Another week in the books. I logged 40-60 minutes 4 days in lengthmaster with super intense stretches. I had to take a day off because I was so sore. I have hit my pain threshold with stretching. I logged at least 12 hours per day in silistretcher for the last 5 days with high tension to ride the fatigue wow I could only handle it for about an hour before i had to lessen the tension. I could feel it in the shaft big time. 2 days of silo stretcher and rest ahead of me. I hit it hard this week because next Friday is measure day and 1 month into my 3 month challenge of an inch. Getting big gains it’s gonna happen. 2021 year of big gains let’s get growing
 
I am so looking forward to this measurement and all the hard work that you’ve put in. I’m praying for some excellent reports

Measuring day. I am still working on getting a good pic of erect length but was able to get the bpfl length. The result are a slow start in my first 4 weeks but gains are gains. I have reached 20.1 cm bpfl with an 18.8 bpel than is an increase of .7 bpfl and .3 bpel. My gains are slowing down but I feel big gains are coming my way. I am going to get in 3 sessions of erect stretches per week to start closing the gap. I am going to hit the next 4 weeks hard I want bpel over 8 inches by April 15. I am then going to take a 2 week Devon as this will be my 6 month benchmark. I will then continue and start having a balanced routine of length and girth. I have never pumped or done girth work so I am excited. I started jelquing for conditioning and increases healing. Let’s get growing
