Even though am new to this forum but i have doing Penis Enlargement for 1yr now and seeing massive gains however let me get straight into my story. I must say guys that i have being trying to understand why and how these guys in �naked people movies� films are always hung. Luckily i ran into one 1yr ago and founded out that most of these guys weren't born with a huge penis some did penis surgery but most did Penis Enlargement exercises. How know this? I currently work in the hotel industry and the hotel i work is "Adult-Entertainment Oriented" meaning people even have sex on the corridors so therefore i get to meet male and female �naked people movies� stars. One guy( He makes homemade films) i met gave me an insight about the industry and what they do. He said "If guys just knew how easy it was to get any size they want they would be shocked bro". I thought he was going to tell me about some "Magic Pills" but he said the best way is Penis Enlargement exercises. I got hooked by this guy cause i always wanted a huge penis like those guys. So he took my email and sent me some routines to start that he personally use. At The time i was 7 inches from that time till now i have see significant gains. Heres what he recommended:
1. Always Warm up as it gets the penis ready for applied pressure(Dont use any lubricant as you want maximum grip)
2.Do stretches for 10-15mins
3.Before you do jelqing apply some stimulant gel to get blood rushing, then you start your jelqing(makes your semi-erected) and do that for 20mins.
4.Take Multivitamins Daily so supply body with necessary nutrients
5.Include more Protein in your diet.
As i started 8 months ago with 7inches now am at 8.7inches to be exact but am want atleast 9.5inhes. Many would say this is crap or whatever but guess what my girlfriend is begging for me to stop Penis Enlargement because she said am getting to huge for her but shes begs for it every night. So Guys that is my personal routine and is what i do 5 days a week.This is my experiencing hope you guys put it into action!!
