I don't think it's only black people. I believe that many people in ���� use some form of Penis Enlargement. I've often noticed small dark red spot as if from jelqing or other girth work on dicks of ���� stars.

I can tell you right now that my shaft skin is darker than my body skin. Always has been so Im not sure if you could say that is from pumping as I have never pumped. Not the best argument...

I myself do reckon alot of ��������� 'fiddle' before a shoot and that it wont be as apparent on darker skinned males.

speaking for myself the skin on my penis varies...it is lighter on the head and the shaft is darker...it is a little darker than the complexion on my body...i think a lot of guys are like that...but mandigo seems to be the same complexion all over..at least that is how it looks
