I don't get full erections while stretching, but i do get enough blood in my penis to make some of the fulcrum stretches impossible. When this happens I tweezer out the hair at the base of dick. I am not sure if it is natural response of the penis to the mild pain, but the blood leaves the penis rapidly and I am able to resume my work.
