So I decided to create this thread for those finding it difficult to make gains with their bathmate. If you are a newbie, proceed with caution though. Be you a Vet in PE or a newbie, you need to understand that pumping at maximum pressure is the best way to get meaningful expansion/gains with your bathmate.

If what you are doing for girth is the 5 x 5 x 3 pumping set, get into the pump with an 100% erection and pump very close to max pressure and then after few seconds or a minute, increase pressure to maximum while doing kegel and watching ����.

Make sure you are able to differentiate between maximum pressure and pain. You should pump to the extent where your penis feels as if it wants to explode. Once you get there, stop pumping and stick to doing kegel all through the pumping set. If you feel too comfortable while pumping, increase pressure more further until it feels slightly uncomfortable.

Do this for your 3 reps of pumping. Replace the jelq with SSJ. SSJ will give you maximum expansion and also reduce the fluid build up after each pumping set.

I need a mod or dld to make this a sticky thread in the bathmate section of the forum.
 
for me, the only way I was able to get to that elusive discomfort (not quite pain) threshold was after adding The VacuVin...then it was 'off-to-the-races' :)

That is the feeling of growth! Getting as close to that pain threshold without going over that red line. It takes experience and understanding your body, but with safe and progressive practice anyone can find that sweet spot.

The hand ball pump does this for me too. I do hope this thread puts an end to all the complains from members not making gains with their bathmate.
 
a good sign for me is a 'tingly' sensation I get in my glans...I know expansion is taking place when I feel it

I'm yet to notice this sign. When next I do my girth session, I will pay more attention
 
Be sure to Kegel through the training this will fill the penis and head with more blood which means a thicker results. That is what causes the tingly sensation.

Yes I do lots of Kegel during my session and I get very meaningful expansion as well. But I never paid any attention that tingly session you all are talking about.

Yup, with every kegel a flood of blood is flushed into the penis. In girth always do kegels and in length always do reverse kegels.

Whenever anyone complain about not getting the right amount of expansion during girth work, I will comment by dropping the URL to this thread
