How much PE is too much PE? ..

..when you can't get your dick up anymore...+ some more until it's sore from the inside. And only then you might need some rest.
(obviously,.. never get injured!)

I'm a big dick maniac.
After 1 hour of consecutive PE I feel like I'm developing too much edema and skin bitches. BUT THEN after another hour pause it's mostly gone and I can put in some more clamping and pumping sets.
Of course I'm a PE veteran.

If I reach a point where I can't get one up I still can clamp or pump some more to get the expansion in.
If the tissue gets sore, it's time for some rest. You will know when you're ready again.(1 day or a week..)

I think battle hardened dicks can take a lot and expansion will carry over if we keep the frequency high.
If I have a weak day with just 1 set I feel like its a wasted day. And if I have a day off after that it seems like a lot of expansion has snapped back(elastic).

What do you guys think and experience?
 
what doesn't kill it makes it stronger :) I'm a firm believer that intensity and duration yield the best/fastest results (but your body also needs time to recuperate...that's what I use sleep for)

Yeah, I know I have an intensity where I shouldn't go further(like with a bend). Then it's up to duration and frequency.

I think when I clamp everyday there is a carry over effect. That can build up over several days and weeks. "Riding the fatigue" was the saying with hangers.
Right now I end the day with clamping and start it with clamping. The first clamp set I still feel from the last day and then it wanes off like a warm down after muscles aches.

I have to check your routine but do you think you can recuperate all you inflict in a day overnight?
 
I agree with both ya’ll but am always curious when stories from Big Al, TNT, and Ithers are out there about doing so much less yet yielded big gains.

Some of them like TNT did very intense shit. That can make up for doing less time.
IPR (xeno) theory basically calls for dick breaking exercises(Cock coffin lol) that surely get into plastic deformation range within 1 exercise then prolonged rest. It's no fun to me and too high a risk of injury. There is a middle path to everything.
I love going high frequency and to the edge of intensity but not a step further ;)

Strain is basically time.. And the plastic range can be much shorter for dicks. Everything within elastic range can snap back depending on initial time of hold. If you can get into the 1/3rd of the plastic range.. IMO it's golden.

I did a huge study on this and I cannot find it anywhere in the forum. @Threak-X can usually find what I can’t hoped he sees this. It was called Elasticity Theory or something along those lines. Gotta find it cus it would fit so nicely in this thread.
 
I guess I'm of a similar mind. I've hung a theoretical semi truck in weights from my dick over the years and it still works like it did when I was in my 20s. I'm 40 now. I believe with the proper approach and some common sense, you can borderline abuse your penis with little ill effect.

Great expansion and since 3 days I get problems with the tissues and veins acting up.
Still getting huge random erections and hot dick flushes.
That's were a PE pro cuts a bit back but keeps the expansion going without risking a bigger injury.
Just some heated pumping. Always looking out for an opening to ramp up the intensity slowly up again.

It might be a good idea to introduce some anti inflammatory stuff at this point.

That’s a great idea and I’ll tell Lightning. I also think that we should carry Bacitracin and Hydrocortisone. @Lightning

I'd consider Vitamin C (just C, not cialis! :D ) as a supplement if you don't take it already.
I recall Bromelain might have some anti-inflammatory benefits, I took it for other stuff though. (Supposed to sweeten the taste of your man juice.)

I use a low % hydrocortisone creme for dick skin problems. All I can get in the EU but it works.

Yes! Simple good old C! I mix it with DMSO to get it right in there.

Yesterday only pumping right to the point where my dick starts to ache. I truly worked the tissue in the prior weeks and are coasting the fatigue now.
My dick hangs like never before. The connective tissue feels softened.
The moment I sense some recovery I will clamp and expand again.

When using the length master, anything more than 1 hour daily three 20mins session) is too much PE. Girth work on the other hand shouldn't exceed 45mins to 1 hour.
