How many hours per week do you spend on PE?

Quick poll: Just want to know how much time you guys spend a week with PE. This includes warming up, hanging, extender, etc.
 
I'm the lazy one who does 1-5 hours a week. That is mostly hydropumping sets and some light clamping. And kegels, I received instructions from my doctor for pelvic floor muscle training, so I better remember to do those! I now suspect my lower output volume might have been a factor of depleted muscle strength.

All in all, I'd say my regime is mostly keeping up the results received and to keep the blood flow in good shape.

So 1-5 hours per week is enough to maintain all your gains? Good to know!

Probably varies within men, but sure, I'm usually doing 3 sets of hydropumping in a week. (As often as I go to sauna.) Light clamping varies, probably 1-3 times a week and for 10-30 minutes.
 
Great poll and one that was never done before! Great way to collect data!
 
up until about a month ago, I was 5-7 hours per week...I've had a couple of set-backs of which I'm on the mend and will be back full-throttle in a few weeks

Thanks DLD.. i'm actually surprised no one made a poll like this before, considering how time consuming PE can be.

As you know, time = money, and we all have the same 24 hours in a day. How much time can we spend without neglecting other life objectives? I've been focusing on my career which takes a big chunk of my hours but just started back on the PE grind again. I'm just trying to get a gauge of if i'm overdoing it or doing not enough.

I just finished re-conditioning my penis for PE mode after 2 months... now i'm ready to apply the pressure! Currently doing 10-12 hours per week, 4 days a week.

Even though i stopped PE to focus on my life/career (6 years+ absent from PE), PE was always behind my mind as i didn't hit my goals yet. Glad to see you are still doing your thing DLD, and glad this forum is still going strong.

Nope not to my knowledge never. But you are right is good comparative information that will help Brothers see how their works stacks up against others. Good to hear the decon break went well and now ready to lick some ass! Many people make record gains after a decon break. I never suggest it as many never make it back after that long so I am overjoyed to see you made it. always doing y thing my Brother, helping Brothers make their dreams come true!

When I was actively looking to gain I would spend a minimum of 3 hours a day, sometime double that. At the time men were making shitty gains and I could not put up with that. I wanted to make gains and make them fast. I would put so much intensity into those workouts and when I was not training I was Kegeling now stop. I would do 2-3 workouts every day. It all payed off for me as I gained 2" in 6 months, something unheard of at the time. Today we see great gains all the time because men have come to realize gentle easy work does not make a bigger dick! A committed Brother with great tenacity and motivation will be able to make similar gains.

The daily 1 hour length master bundled rolls is very effective. I doubt anyone has ever done the length master rolls for 1 hour before. Despite the fact that I always split it into three 20 mins session, during my second and third session, it always feel as if my penis wants to fall off due to the intensity and the excessive flaccid state of my penis in the hot
weather here in Nigeria.

If I should include the amount of time I spend in doing erect stretches, I will have to add an additional 1 hour to my weekly session so let's just say I spend 8 hours and 30 minutes in doing PE every week. I'm only using the length master and doing erect stretches.
