How I lost 125 LBS and gained rock-hard erections.

The most awesome thing about losing the weight for me was you were able to see my entire penis when before it was buried under 3 inches of fat. I made a 3 inch game in four months visually.

3 inches thats really great gain bro! I wonder if I get my waist from 43 inch to lets say 28 inch if I would gain that much? I only measured normally without pressing to the bone and im 5.5 erect. btw do you have any pictures or progress log of your gains?

I went from a 48 inch waist to a 28 inch waist. It’s really mind blowing when I see pants from that time I have no idea how the hell I ever was able to fit in those! My waist right now is like a 37” ? yes there are progress pictures out there if you can find them. I tried to erase all of them but some still are up if you can find them.

It’s important to press the ruler to the bone to take a official measurement because a non-bone pressed measurement does not take into account weight gained or lost. But if you get to the point that I was at where I only had 1/4 inch of fat pad the measurement is pretty much the same.

Your DP here compared to your vids from 2013 you lost a great amount of weight. How did you do it? did follow a certain diet plan or counting calories etc? cause if you put on the weight back your doing something wrong. You either lost it quickly or did not find out a way to "maintain" you healthy body weight. Two things to remember, you can NEVER exercise out a bad diet or you would be in the gym 24 hours and the second, diets only work if you stick them and most people can't for the rest of their lives, so why bother?

I did it the way I do everything I make a goal and I do whatever the fuck I have to do to make it happen. I think that at 140 I was way too underweight. I look best at about 175. Today I’m at like 220 I think. But you’re right it needs to be realistic the exercise and the diet. If we make it too hard we will never stick with it. I went through some depression and other shit because of the lockdown. I’m sure I’ll get Myself back in shape as soon as the countries back and fucking shape.
 
Update: I didn't forget about you guys. Down 20 lbs since the last time i posted and i'm starting to get shredded just in time for summer.

I'm still training hard, eating clean and PEing regularly.

This is an incredible transformation. Last year around this time i couldn't even walk from being extremely overweight.

Long time no see my brother! Great to see you back in the brotherhood. I’m very proud of you that you have continued to improve your body and are now seeing great results. If we want something bad enough we will get it and I can tell you want this, no if, ands or buts!
