Through a process called intermittent fasting and time-restricted eating, I was able to lose over 125 LBS and raised my growth hormone and testosterone levels naturally. I'm currently about 30 lbs away from reaching my goal that I set forth about a year ago and I get spontaneous boners all day. This is the most effective and easiest diet I've ever taken part in. If you're interested in shedding off some poundage and have any questions please let me know.

That is awesome my brother! I lost 140 pounds a few years back bringing my weight from 280 to 140. I never had so much visual penis that I did then! I’m back in the 240 to 50 range right now so I really need to get myself on a diet. You give me inspiration my brother

Thank you, D, I'm currently doing the one meal a day (OMAD) diet which is a type of intermittent fasting. We both seem to have similar body types and we're both fast gainers with pe. I'm going to take you up on your 12-month challenge we discussed the other night. I may need to contact you if I run into issues like plateaus, injuries, etc.

Well I hope to get into some kind of exercise and diet to get myself to a place that I don’t feel so bad about the way I look. This whole lockdown has really fucked my head up and it’s been difficult to eat right or even exercise. Every day it gets worse and Massachusetts is Talking about locking down again! It's all mental, brother. Listen, a year and a half ago I was 165 lbs overweight, bedridden with pain and depression and highly suicidal. Now all I need is some good tunes and a shot of espresso and I feel like I can run a marathon. Nothing can stop me.

Regarding pe, I always wanted to get myself the Lengthmaster ever since i joined. It just seems like a real decent device that would make life a hell of a lot easier with manual stretches. Then I can use my Sizegenetics in a more passive role.

How's that sound, D? Is that a good starting point?

That sounds like a really good starting point and it’s very smart to use your LM for every stretch you do except erect stretching.

As far as how I feel, you were on point. I don’t really like myself too much and I’m trying to change this. I just feel down I guess and it becomes a repetitive statement in my head saying “I hate you” And this is been going on since daylight savings and this whole lockdown. But I prayed to God and he said every time I hear that thought to rebut it with “God lives in me and lives me therefore I love myself” This is working But I still have a lot of work to do. I think losing weight and getting out of the fucking house is going to be huge. I appreciate your post and if you feel in your heart pray for me my brother

What eating schedule would you recommend for someone who works overnight. I've done IF before and it's hard with my hours 730pm to 4 am

I'm currently on a 23:1 fast, meaning that you spend 23 hours of the day fasting, leaving just 1 hour per day to consume calories. This is by far the most successful and easiest diet i've ever been on. You don't even need to count calories. You can if you want but it's not necessary. Just make sure that you're losing weight slowly; 1-2 lbs a week. If you're losing too much weight then eat more within your eating window. If you're not losing weight, cut it back a touch. You're going to get hungry so make sure to fill yourself with lots of veggies, proteins and healthy fats and limit the simple sugars. There is tons of information online on this diet specifically.

I have nothing but good things to say about this diet. I'm currently 135 lbs down and i have 30 more to go. My target weight will be achieved by early spring and I'll post a before and after pic for you guys. Cheers.

Yes sir, i try to drink as much as i can. Black coffee also helps with hunger pangs.

I also train 6 days a week, alternating cardio days and resistance training. Since I'm working out at home i am limited with the amount of weights i can use but i do what i can with mostly body weight and some dumbbells. My endomorph body type has never had an issue with packing on muscle and strength. Getting lean and shredded has always been a real problem and this diet has been a game-changer for me.

Also, when fasting, your testosterone and HGH shoot through the roof. This is what got me back into PE just from the amount of spontaneous boners i would get throughout the day.

I'm currently 25 days into your newbie routine using the LM and an additional 7-8 hours using the SG. I finish off with about 600 light jelqs and some deep tissue massage. I do this for 5 days on 2 off.

After my workout my dick is exhausted to the point where i lose some EQ. I'm just wondering if that's an indication of over-training or is that just normal after an intense session?

I just survived the holiday season by not gaining any weight. That in itsself is a major accomplishment for me conseriding i usually get bloated from all the carbs and booze that i consume during this time. It's been a long road, 30 lbs in three months is all i have left.
 
Yes my brother I have sent you back an email answering your questions. I’m happy to see you haven’t gained any weight I think I might have dropped a little bit of weight. In my situation if they’re out of Diet Coke and I have to drink regular Coke I get fat again but when they have diet Coke I drop weight really quickly. Maybe I should try crack LOL
