Hi, brothers! 8-)

It is well-known fact that testosterone and human growth hormone (HGH) are the essential hormones for penis' well-being, since lack of them causes poor EQ and shrinkage, e.g. as we get older. Now I have studied intermittent fasting or fasting in general and noticed possible benefits for penis enlargement: prolonged fasting raises HGH up to 2000% and tesosterone up to 50%. There is also a sharp increase in stem cell production that provides the tissue growth. Additional benefit is that fasting activates the process of autophagy that removes scar tissue and debris from our body (there may be some scar tissue inside penis after excessive PE training). Fasting also burns fat and removes unnecessary water. There are also mental and other healthy benefits in fastinf. It should be noted that after 3-5 days of zero-calorie wated-fasting the hormonal benefits start to wear off and turn to negative. Thus, every few month, or monthly like I do, one should do a 5 day fasting.

A highly effective PE method would be (no clinical studies available) the combination of fasting and intense penis stretching since the additional HGH boosts penis growth and regeneration.

Completely agree and even moreover intrigued. With an understanding that losing weight would actually be a way to gain penis size would help someone stay on a diet because they want a bigger penis or vice versa. Very smart thinking.

I fast once every other month, for about 3-5 days, and only ingest water, and black/green tea.

One should have a one table spoon of seasalt per day during a water-fast, since otherwise you get mentally exhausted (our brains need electrolytes).

Getting rid of the fat pad could help out to get that extra inner inch hidden..
 
May want to consider "intermittent fasting" incorporated into the Keto diet. Doesn't require 3-5 days though. Instead, approx. 16 hours per day with no food, including juice. Coffee is ok, but no sweetener or cream. In the 8 hours remaining you can eat as much as you like, but limit carbs to a minimum. It is said that by doing so, the body will stop resorting to carbs for energy and start burning fat instead. I'm playing around with this idea right now as I want to drop a few pounds. Losing an inch on my fat pad would be great, as it would bump up my NBPEL from 7" to 8". Wouldn't be any longer, but it would certainly look that way :)

Plant based has worked wonders for me. In truth, cutting out garbage and processed foods, while increasing H2O, fresh fruit, and veggie intake is a great way to start.
 
At my age I eat what I want when I want to LOL
