How does the application system work ?

How does the Hose application system work ? do you have to conect it to a penis pump to get a suction ?

One uses the mouth/lungs to supply the vacuum, to draw penis glans into chamber.

One can, with appropriate fittings(hardwarwe, parts), adapt a penis pump to supply the vacuum.

so witch is better application system were u suck it with your mouth or the Pump Ball (the green pump ball)

Thats what i was wondering but went ahead and ordered the hose because the ball is just not working for me.... hopefully the hose will.

The hose is MUCH better than the pump ball. You have to rotate, pre-squeeze, re-squeeze, rotate again, etc. with the pump ball. With the hose, you just suck in until you are where you need to be, then plug it and go. I probably wouldn't use the device if I didn't have the hose, I would have gotten frustrated and written it off.
