Holding orgasm?

Maybe a dumb question,

Recently I have been able to pretty consistently hold my orgasm, I think. It feels similar but not the full release. A small amount of ejaculate squirts out but nowhere near the amount or force. There are contractions still and if I stimulate during any of this, the whole load and orgasm comes.

I slam on my PC muscle usually after what I used to consider my PONR.

So is this considered holding my orgasm?
