Hope you guys are making some gains. And thank you to DLD for keeping this site going, hope you are doing well. I used to be on here like a decade ago in my 20's. I had a little routine which was mostly Kegels and Bathmate. I lost interest after some months but have always done Kegels in phases throughout the years.

Long story short, in my 30's now and would like to get back into it. Quick backstory, when I was quite young I was poorly circumcised by doctors against my will, meaning after the stitching around the circ line, the way it healed left some lesions, some small tunnels, a little excess skin and discoloration areas. This of course made me hate the fact this was done to me and also made me a bit insecure. At some point in my late 20's I bought some surgical skin cutting tools and removed most of the little tunnels but stopped figuring out how to correct the rest after that.

Fast forward now I visited a good urologist and he said either MOHS surgery or skin grafting would be my best bet, with MOHS being less complicated meaning it's just scalpels cutting off lesions, bumps etc. They use it for benign lesions but technically would work the same for me. So now I'm just reaching out to doctors to see who would be able to help me. Hopefully I can find a good doc and reasonable price

With that said, being back my main goals are length and foreskin restoration, but also some girth maintenance. I would like to start while I'm searching for a doctor to correct the aesthetic skin issues around the circ line (this might take at least a few months). This way I can learn some information and get going with a routine. I have a Bathmate and just recently bought the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging bundle from this site.

Some questions:
1. How should I construct this routine if I want mainly length and FR, but also maintenance of Kegels and Bathmate? Should I split them up per day or what order do you think?

2. What should I read up on having been away for so long? I don't remember my exact routine in the past but I typically warmed up a bit first with holding a semi-erection, then did kegels, and then did BM. I remember I overdid the BM during those times so this time I will be more careful and just stick to their recommendations. They actually recommend 3 sets of 3 mins with 2 mins rest in between sets instead of 3 sets of 5 mins, and I think that's actually a healthier amount

3. How important is keeping the penis extended with the day or night options? I was never a fan of that considering I typically work out a lot and having PE on the mind all day with exercises and then healing options seems a challenge for my mental health. Is it possible to make gains just doing exercises without the all-day healing options or however it's called.

4. If #3 is crucial, what are the best options now on the market? I remember people spoke about Phallosan back in the day. I think I did the wrapping method with ace band for a little while but again it's super challenging and almost impractical, but maybe I can make an exception for healing extended while I sleep?

5. Lastly foreskin restoration, I believe the TLC tugger products are touted as the best. It seems their company was bought so I'm not sure if I can order anything on there. But hopefully it returns soon. Does anyone here have any advice which TLC products is best for the restoration process and any general advice on that is appreciated. I understand at the end of the day you have to put the work in but I wonder what are the most effective ways these days that also don't sacrifice health
 
Welcome back my friend. The best routine right now is SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory. This brings growth at the fastest rate. Forget phallosan go for the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger. A much better option. I appreciate your kind comments.

Thanks DLD. I just listened to the whole SRT video and read the post. So to sum it up, I should do length work first, then do ADS via SiliStretcher for ideally 4 hours with increasing tension slightly every hour. Then in afternoon or evening do the girth session with the jelqing, pump, and SSJ. Then attack cock ring at base and also below glans until bedtime. Then use Silistretcher at light tension for sleep. Is this correct so far?

Some questions:
1. For the first two weeks, should I do the basic stretches with hand only?

2. I may not be able to do ADS much after a length session especially if I'm going out or going to gym. I could try doing it on days I'm working from home, but keeping in extended state at night is more practical for me. Is the all night stretch + cock ring after girth and occasional days with some hours of ADS good enough to cement the work from length and girth exercises?

3. For the basic jelqing part of the girth routine, in your video you seem to go up very fast with the jelq. Is it not better to do more slow and controlled jelq going up? Or is the slow controlled too powerful and can cause tear or rupture somewhere inside glans? I've jelqed in some phases in the past and found the slow controlled ones cause a huge temporary expansion in both girth and length, obviously mainly for the upper part of penis but it's worth noting. At times this caused me some micro tears at the inner tip of penis and stings when peeing, but after some consistency and being mindful not to squeeze too hard the glans gets used to it. I probably would have to pass on downward Jelq as that would heighten the arousal too much from the sensitive area between the glans and circ line

You can do both in one day, one early and one late in the day. You can also do it both in one session once you are conditioned enought to do so. Otherwise, it's too much to deal with the stress loads.

For length, you can start with the normal newbie routines in the Media DVD sections. For girth, this is a sensitive topic for BathMate. You need to mod your BM to have the gauge to have proper pressure monitoring. On top of that,the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routines to combo with your BM. This is critical to have internal expansion.

For girth, it's based on your intensity within the 15 minutes of pumping and 15 minutes of slow squash jelq (SSJ). Do not go longer than 15 minutes of pumping, but you can push harder on the SSJ for longer period.

It's critical to keep it elongated past 10 hours after the initial stretch. At night time, just allow your penis to rest for minimum of 8 hours of total freedom from elongation wrapping/stretching.

If you done the routines for the elongation and allow the penis to shrink, your growth slows down further because the cells are not forced to filled into the gaps created by the elongation wrap/stretches.

Too many. Select the all day stretcher (ADS) or traction device of your choice. An ADS, such as the SiliStretcher2 or a traction device using a suction cup like the Size Genetic or Forte. Why the suction cup? Because the noose type will kill your penis after just 20 minutes of wearing, causing numbness and slippage if you cannot get it right. Suction, it goes on, and sucked on. However, do know that under long hours of suction, blisters can form because of high pressure during extreme movements.

5. Lastly foreskin restoration, I believe the TLC tugger products are touted as the best. It seems their company was bought so I'm not sure if I can order anything on there. Since I don't have issues with foreskin, this will defer to other brothers that were circumcised. I can provide you info on uncircumcised only based on my experiences and only general info for circumcised perspectives.

TLC Tugger can indeed pull on your skin, but you can also do the same using many method. Both will take time, where one is free, the other is not.

You can go as long as 2 months to build up the conditioning for more intensive routines later. I increased my intensity past the lowest level of the tools I used. It took me two months to "preprogram" my conditioning and the routines didn't even phases me when I used the tools with greater intensities.

But if you don't like to feel that embarrassment because you may be wearing shorts or revealing pants, wrap it up in a light layer. You be surprised how the ladies will smile pleasantly at your bulge, and guys will grin knowing they are in the same boat as you as they are doing the same.

If not, use the ADS whenever you can for 4 hours straight after hour routines for maximized return of your routines.

Both will have their own benefits. Slow for maximized expansion. Fast to boost blood flow and elongation as well as cellular regeneration after an intensive routine.

As long as you don't exceed your sustainable pressure beyond your glans can handle, you are fine. This is why you need a gauge for your BathMate.

Hey man I appreciate all the ideas. You wear the Silistretcher to work and gym? I don't think that would work for me considering the type of bodyweight exercises and taekwondo I do. Unless you mean one of those sleeves. If so which one do you use?

Also you said the ADS after length routine in morning should be worn for 10 hours or 4? I'm not sure I understand that part. Or is 4 hours the minimum? It seems like anything above 4 is overkill and like you said can cause blisters.

Are you saying for example if I do length routine at 8-830am, then ideally I should wear ADS for 10 hours until 6:30pm? And then not wear any ADS until 2am? I'm in bed before then. The most practical would be 4 hours of ADS until 12:30pm, then I can take it off and not wear any ADS until 8:30pm or maybe some light sleeve at gym, do the girth routine until 9, put on ring and then sleep in ADS.

- Coconut oil, I had an issue with a tight frenulum when I first did PE, (see stats) for 11 years of a little growth, I always felt my penis wanted to grow more but was being held back, this last 13 months, I've been on coconut oil for jelq and 5 x 5 x 3 and have no issues with frenulum

I don't think that would work for me considering the type of bodyweight exercises and taekwondo I do. Unless you mean one of those sleeves. If so which one do you use?
I wear SiliStretches and SiliSleeves. I trained in kung fu woo shu and Thai kickboxing. So, i know the pain of having it on and also wear additional equipment. If that's the case, SiliSleev2 or simple wrap.

Once done, you need to wrap it up, use ADS, or traction device and keep the penis fully elongated as long as you can. 10 hours is the most optimal hours to keep elongated. During this time, cells are duplicates and repair to keep your penis permanently lengthened. If you allow the penis to turtle, the amount of gaps for cells to repair and fill in is very minimal. The hard work you put in for elongation is wasted after 30 minutes of raw efforts. By giving the penis 10 hours, the cells can keep on duplicating and filling any time there is available gaps. You quicken the pace of penile growth.

I don't have problems with erection quality or testosterone and I would prefer to warm up manually with a 10 minute building semi-erection. 5x5x3 looks good but I will probably skipping on the SSJ. The exercise seems a bit off to me. I will however for now substitute for some kind of bundled stretch before going into BM

Bundled stretches are a great warmup. But even better is the MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY FOR ERECTION QUALITY

If the sleeve is loose and meant for simple elongation work, without blood restrictions, you can use it as night time wear. I did it with the softer version of the SiliSleev2, the softer of the 3 versions.

For night time, it's really is up to you. During winter time, I use the softer version with very loose fitting. It keeps my penis elongated while maintaining warmth. It doesn't restrict like a wrap, but it doesn't keep aerated like Uncle Jim's wrap either.
 
No need for night time work. Plenty of time when awake

I always warm up, no exceptions with any exercise. So I hit 2 birds with one stone and do RED + NIR at the same time as stretches to start. I personally don't consider anything without heat a warm-up, that's me.
