Hello!

I wanted to make a quick post here and ask a (dumb) question to get started, but it would be better to give you some of my history.

I've actually known about PE for almost 2 years now - since about 2005-2006. I have been on some forums before and I've been learning from afar most of this time.

I've done different manual stretches in the past, used cheap pumps before, and even tried to get on a Bathmate routine twice. I'm sure I'd have much more results IF I would've stayed consistent doing something.

I have a new motivation now, and it's twofold.
One is my physical self: I can feel the effects of age starting to work against me as I'm approaching 40 soon. More fatigue, less motivation to get in shape, and just some family medical history that concerns me (heart probs on both sides of my parents). That and my bedroom performance leaves somewhat to be desired. I don't often get as erect as I used to (it happens on occasion), I don't ejaculate as much or as hard/far as I used to, and I've had at least one time when me and my wife were having sex that I simply lost my erection.
Two is my wife: I want to be able to please her more. I don't want to be the guy that shows off getting out of the shower in the locker room or has girls looking at my pants everywhere I go, this is for her. A few months back I got in the shower with her and couldn't get it inside her. Whether it's how long (short) it was or the fact that I've got some weight to lose doesn't matter, I just want to be able to please her more.

I don't have any historical girth measurements that I can share from my previous time training, but I can definitely say that immediately after using the Bathmate it was definitely bigger. I had a BPEL of 6.75" at one point that I was training.

In the not-too-distant future I am looking to get a Lengthmaster and MityVac after reading some other posts about them. That and possibly an ADS (might be difficult to use, might be hard to conceal in scrubs that I wear to work.

My (dumb) question is this, and I'm almost 100% sure I know the answer is no: Is there any routine that mainly gives you erect-only gains? I really would like to focus on that for reasons I've listed above. I know there would be changes seen while flaccid that would come anyway, but erect size is what I'm mainly wanting to work on.

If not, I'll continue on - I've got a few other questions but I'll put them in a different thread if need be.
 
Every length routine will give you erect gains of course. Erect gains is what we are all after but it also comes with flaccid gains as well. A very funny question I must say.
 
@DblDigitDude, 2 words. Bundled stretches, with either a broomstick/pvc pipe or preferably LengthMaster 3. So much possibilities with bundled stretches. You will gain faster and you will cement your gains faster. You will gain both erected length and flaccid hanging length.

But do Ball & Lig Stretches as well.

Most men seams to gain flaccid length first, and then comes the erected length increase. I did the other way around.

Funny thing. I think @DLD was using a Vacuum Cleaner pipe in the MOSDVD. šŸ˜Š

I've actually got a copy of the old DVD on an IMG file that I installed onto a USB drive. Kinda clunky but it's easier than having to find a DVD player

@DblDigitDude Did you manage to obtain the info you're looking for? Remember that there are a whole lot more ADS out there now, completely hidden. Most scrubs are tight fitting for the purpose of not snagging, and my wife loves wearing skin tight ones that practically looks like skin suits. However, I also see men wearing slightly loose one running about, including doctors (males and females) for long days as they are not in environments where their clothes can be snagged onto something.

By the way, two local doctors and a few techs are wearing ADS from MOS. Yes, I spotted and talked to them. They're not embarrassed about it. More and more brothers from the medical fields are coming to terms for PE.

One doctor and one tech are wearing the SiliStretcher2. The other ones wear Forte, but may have to switch to SiliStretcher2 because of the odd bulge at the groin line. They tried to adapt to knee strapping.

@DB, Trust the process! See my stats below, I was very happy with only 1/4 inch growth 11 years ago. I wish I had never stopped but this is God's time. I love water pump and the technology of RED Light so it's a whole new world.

Congrats on placing wifey #1. I'm just almost at 1 year of my transformation and I'm on Cloud 9. I'm in my 40's as well. I did have 2 dips of EQ at 33 and 39. My body fat has gone from around 25% to 15% .

So quickly.

Have a body goal and ask your wife what she wants. If she can name the top 3 things she likes do those in order. Don't lose the belly first if she likes big arms. Go in order because it is SO HARD to have a body goal. My wife fro me was arms, glutes and chest in that order. I focused on that in the gym and then the whole body transformed later. When you say you have some fat pad to lose, you got some free dick length there , that should get you extra motivated.

With PE, I am making wifey moan like she never has in 14 years! Like it's a whole new women in bed. Read up on some of my previous posts, some good stuff in there. You must be a multi-orgasmic man, read up on that I can easily have sex 4-5 times a week with that! The best routine for you is the one you search for hours on the forum and start lightly and then get aggressive on. Mine was Newbie routine for 6 months and then graduated to water pump and now 5 x 5 x 3. I wish I had a Red light from day one. Try what I call the cum cocktail to increase semen, it's the best knowing you have a big load and I get way more blowjobs and power when I know I have that much cum.

For example: "When I got to # inches length or # inches girth I had to use those to get an erection"

My reason I ask is this: there is research that is showing that cardio is as effective as these, which to me makes sense knowing how the penis works. But I would like to hear from those who have seen some large gains on this.

If you have to rely on Viagra or Cialis, this is something other than PE. PE should be done to give you the strongest EQ of your life. I have read a lot and there is no one that says they are having problems filling in the new D they just say they want it bigger so they use C-rings and pump.

Also note that men in general go through 2 EQ drops at 32-34 (remember how your favorite basketball player fell off) and another 38-42. So with that said you need to know what is happening naturally and what is PE. I'm not talking to you about this statement, but I get really tired of someone starting PE at 32 and then all of the sudden saying they have less EQ, that they can't have sex 2 times a day 6 days a week as they did a few years ago and then blame PE for it. We need to separate here men "EQ menopause" and PE.

I have never taken Viagra.
For some time I took KSM-66 (Ashwagandha) but that was not needed. Kinda expensive to take every day so I quit it.
 
OK, that is comforting. I've taken some natural supplements before with varied results.

The Lengthmaster is on my wishlist once I am able to save up some $$$ for it. I read in another post something like "3 inches in a year with dedication" and took notes. I will be looking into the bundled stretches once I get my routine started and see some gains.

This was an amazing accomplishment for the brotherhood. I'm so happy we made the d. V. D free and open to the public and now with the organization of what you have done, it is truly miraculous.

Along with this repository of information on this forum I should be able to get results like others have.

I've got pretty much what I need information-wise here, I'm going to be looking around for some encouragement and start my routine soon. I'm looking at getting an ADS, but it's not something I can do right now.

I kinda wish I haven't quit the maybe 4 times I got started over the years. I've known about PE for almost 20 years now, but from what I'm reading, almost everything has changed and that for the better.
I've personally experienced one dip in my EQ already but I'm quite positive if I clean up my diet and get active I will see improvements there.
As far as routine, I'm going to start with the Newbie routine and work my way to 5x5x3 as I'm able to tolerate exercising harder.
I imagine that may include Pygeum and Maca, but I've seen several variants - haven't tried any yet.


So, I'm looking at doing this:
1. Memorize the Newbie routine and implement it 6-7 days a week ~6 months.
2. Start a progress thread once I get initial measurements.
3. Get a sleeve to use now (and later)
4. Start adding girth work with the Mityvac, and ADS at least 5 days a week
5. 5x5x3 and beyond


This may change - I'll be updating and posting more here as I'm able to work out some things in my schedule.

I do not recommend the newbie routine for 6 months.
If you have high enough intensity I recommend you to transition to a more intense stretching routine progressively.

If you can't afford LengthMaster 3, I recommend a broomstick or a pvc pipe, that you use to do bundled stretches around.

I recommend this progression.
Abbreviations down below:
DBS (Downward Bundled Stretches).
BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches).

I recommend this progression:
Start with lengthwork only. If you have time you can do girthwork with SRT 5X5X3 as well. Always do length work before girthwork. Not the other way around. It's hard to stretch when you have, temporary expansion in girth of your penis.

Here are the progression steps:
  1. Newbie routine (watch the: MOS DVD).
  2. Newbie routine, with only bundled stretches.
  3. Newbie routine doing bundled stretches with a fulcrum device (broomstick, Power Assist 2). Transition as fast as you can to these kind of stretches. Here is an example: Broomstick routine. You could also follow the Phases in the MOS DVD.
  4. When newbie gains of ~ 1 Inch have been reached, start using LENGTHMASTER 3. I recommend this device in order for you to, increase the intensity exponentially, in order to not get stuck in plateaus.
  5. If you prefer you can get the LENGTHMASTER 3 immediately, and skip step 1 through 4.
  6. If bundled stretches are mastered in the Newbie routine, progress to DBS with LENGTHMASTER 3. If not bundled stretches are mastered in the Newbie routine, you need to do the newbie routine with LENGTHMASTER 3, before you proceed. Do this newbie bundled routine for ~ 1 month before going to step 7.
  7. Do DBS, and when they are fully exhausted, transition to BTC-BS. Don't transition to fast. Stay on BTC-BS until you have reached your end goal in length. There are many ways to increase the intensity exponentially in BTC-BS. This exercise is the one that will increase your length the fastest, if you have the correct amount of intensity.
This progression above is optimized to increase your length the fastest. There is no other device then LENGTHMASTER 3 that can facilitate these kind of fast gains. Everything has to do with bundled stretches. They are superior to everything else.

Also remember to always apply the healing part of the; SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory.

If you follow this progression you will gain big.

Remember that 5x5x3 is the standard routine to use. However, 5x5x3 can be changed based on individuals. Some brothers modified to 15x5x3, while others going for 5x3x10. There are so many variations to the 5x5x3 but it's a golden standard. You have to find that golden routine for yourself and observe. Since you have knowledge in the medical aspects, we are going for broke with cellular gap generation, cellular duplication and repair to fill in those gaps. Cells do grow both in sizes and in quantities. We just have to make sure do allow that consistent opportunities for them to do it. Take that first step, and then the second, and keep going. Don't relax until you reach your objective goal, then you can relax doing less and less PE to cement the gains.
