I'm thinking about using the Silistretcher for bundles. BTC..
Anyone done that? I suspect the seal could break cause of the bundle.

I guess so but I'm done with any compression style stuff. :/It’s best to do bundles using the Lengthmaster.
Basically double layering the sleeve, the duro ontop of the usual setup?Maybe using a duro. It has a 50/50 chance of success.
Do you have a silistretcher or just assuming this?(like me..I don’t think it can hold a proper bundled stretch. It will lose vaccuum force. You can do it with the lengthmaster bundle chamber.

I agree. Better get the new lengthmaster 3.0 for better grip and bundled stretching. I’m also saving up for the new lengthmaster ???
While this is true in some respects ie 50 lb stretch, the question that presents itself is: how long can you maintain that? 30 seconds? A minute maybe? If you were bundling while hanging, be it with the Sili or conventional hanger, you could do 10-20 lbs for 20 or 30 minutes straight. So then the question becomes: which is more effective? Short bursts of intense stretch, or long runs with more moderate but still heavy weight? Maybe a combination of both?Bundles really need quite a bit of strength and doing them in the SiliStretcher just does not seem like you’re going to get the intensity you need. I’ll make the assumption that I’m using close to 50 pounds of pressure when I’m using the length master doing bundled stretches. This is what makes the LM so great is that it has the ability to go beyond our strength and utilize the simple machine that the LM is.
That's exactly what i do with the lm. Makes it so easy to do bundle hanging. The handles even the bolts make great anchor points on the legs. I tend to do 5min each side. Additionally, it is relatively easy to do bundled stretches while hanging. I've done them many times in years past. One way is to run a wooden doweling rod or length of metal rod maybe 2 feet long or so through the connector on the end of the vacuum knob (in the case of the silistretcher). This can also be done with the LM or hanger or similar hanger. Then simply twist the rod to the amount of bundling you want and anchor it to your legs, or desk or chair leg or whatever so that it cannot rotate back. Voila, you are doing bundled hanging. If you are using the LM for hanging, this would work perfectly and you could simply use the handles to anchor behind your legs.

I doubt anybody has done this. I remember people tried doing bundled Stretches with the Size Genetics extender back in the days. The idea fell off.
