Get a dick like __________!

@AF3, the daily active time on this routine is an average of 60 minutes; doable if you're committed

It's an Advance Routine. Either you have been doing PE on a regular schedule for 6 months and you move up in it. Or, you start "Low and Slow" and build up to the the full routine.

The original post looks like it has a significant degree more MityVac/BM rounds than what's in the chart, but maybe I misread it the terminology.

I left them out because I forgot. Simply add the Kegels from the Newbie routine

Thx in the process of consolidating all of this info in to a streamlined guide. For those who haven't done active PE in a while, would you recommend working up to the full SRT routine by doing the Newbie Routine for 90 days with passive stretching to heal in the extended state?

Or would it be better to start with the exercises in the SRT routine and just do lighter intensity on the girth and start w/ less sets on those?

I say start with SRT. The first 3 weeks is basically a warm up to the full on SRT routine

Great, thank you for the advice. Thinking right now about what it would actually take to make a real commitment to the routine for a full year with no breaks or inconsistencies.

Make a 6 month commitment and stick to the routine with intensity....that will give you the confidence for another 6 months

Lol, It's like you're telepathic!

-- I was just sitting here thinking "I wonder if three months would be enough time to know if it's 'working' or not."

Okay, six months is the first milestone, then. Would you say that 1'' to 1.5'' is somewhere around the 'expected' result from following the routine to the letter for 180 days if everything is on point?

I'm mostly wondering about that in terms of a gauge for how to tell I'm doing everything productively, etc.

1 inch in 6 months very doable. After the first 2 inches are when things slow down.

It sounds like you're pretty confident that the routine in this thread will basically give a very good shot at 3'' in 12 months, if I'm understanding correctly.

I would say 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth is most realistic. You could gain more by adding time and intensity. I trained hours a day and gained 2 inches in length and 1 half in in girth in first 6 months. It's all about time and intensity invested.

Alright, fair enough. I still think I'm gonna shoot for 3 / 1.5 tho : )

So bottom line is block out ~2.5 of active hours per day. for the full SRT routine listed in this thread's OP (2.5 hours = all things considered, incl. transition time between devices, warm up and warm down, PC work etc.) for six months and then evaluate?

Appreciate all of your help, I know it'll be a good idea to start a log.

I sent you a PM

3 inches is doable in a 1 year period as long as he is willing to do a additional 20mins expressive stretching with the length master. Bundled expressive stretching to be precise.

Appreciate the input. At the moment, my main focus is simply to consolidate the info and nail down the real time commitment for this so that I approach it with a sustainable plan.

Keeping organized and getting educated is much more of an issue than motivation or anything like that.

If you have a length master, 1 hour is all you need for length gains of any kind. 20mins session into 3 and you can spread it throughout the day. The length master is very addictive.

Once you start you can add or take away to fit your timetable. 2 hours a day is an awesome commitment
