Genegra.com - never received my order

I ordered some Silegra from genegra.com on Dec. 30, and have not received it. I've ordered from them twice before, and received my orders no problem. One order was split into 2 shipments, when I emailed them after receiving half the number of pills I ordered they replied to inform me of this.

This time, I only ordered 16 pills to avoid that, but I have not received them. And, I've emailed both genegra.com and econos their e-merchant and have not received a reply. I emailed both of them for the 3rd time today, saying if they do not reply I will revoke the credit card charges. I hope I can do this, as it's still less than 60 days.

I do understand that the shipments can get caught in customs, however I do not appreciate that the company will not even reply to my inquiries. I'd recommended this company before, but now I'm saying "buyer beware". Does anyone know of another source for Silegra etc.?

That's good to know, Wesb. I ordered the same thing about a two weeks after you did and haven't gotten them yet. Keep me posted, and I'll do likewise.

I just ordered and they sent me a confirmation.last time I ordered in early jan late dec the order did not come for three weeks they e-mailed me and said that no medical screening was on file so I filled out that form and they shipped.hope it comes like its supposed to. pup
 
Wesb, sory to hear about your probs. I have yet to have a challenge ordering from these guys. I would assume your stuff got "lost" in shipment, possibly as cited above, stuck in customs. The splitting of orders is a STANDARD practice by this company. Not to insult anyone's intelligence, but if you read their shipping policy on the site, you will see this. Did you fill out the "medical screening form"?

I recently placed an order with "Trustpharma" and was supposed to get it in 3-4 days and that was on jan. 23rd?????


I still don't have it..... they suck, don't use them.

I do have a question though since i have never used a Viagra like product. Does Silagra work as well as Viagra or do you get something extra for the money?

I ordered just after christmas and it took 2 weeks and nothing. Then they sent me an email saying that i needed to fill out a medical form (all bullsh*t info mostly lol of course) so that they would not be charged with anything or whatever. So I think that you may need to fill out the same form. I'll try to find the web address that will take you right to the page.
 
yeah, the same thing happen to me. I ordered from genegra on dec 30 and it now feb 11 and still no shipment! I have e-mailed them a ton of times and no response. I filled out the medical form and everything, still nothing.
 
I placed an order in late november and still have not received my order. I have repeatedly suBathmateitted my medical form at their request and now they will not respond to my e-mails.

Update on my situation, they finally replied to my third email saying that because I didn't fill out the form they couldn't ship. Note that this email says they sent "several reminders" but I never received any. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-ordered again Monday when I received this email. I was careful to fill out the form. The next day I get a reminder, from "econos@hotmail.com" to fill out the form. I filled it out again, several times actually, and have emailed them. Damn, I hate this shit, anyone know of another reliable source for generic viagra? I forgot about posting this, until today, I should've read you guys' replies first and I would not have re-ordered. Here's their reply email:



Hi XXXX,

Thanks for contacting us.

We have not been able to dispatch your order because you have not filled the form.

Despite our several reminders the Form was not filled. Unless the Form is filled we will not be able to dispatch your pills.

Hmm, really weird. Like I said above, I've ordered several times from the genegra site and not had ONE problem. Maybe theres an email server conflict somewhere?
 
I had that problem with one order and filled out the form three times.Then a couple of days later my registered mail package showed up.The last time I ordered(about a week ago)they said they had my prescription on file.

Wesb and others -- I finally got my sample of silagra in the mail today. As a matter of fact, they mailed me a bonus, too. I was supposed to get 4 pills but I got 8. I'll wait a little longer any day if I can get double what I expect. Hope you get lucky and get your pills soon.
 
I agree, SWM. I couldn't believe that they mailed me a extra bonus of 4 pills. I guess it's my lucky day! Can't wait to see how it works!
 
They sent me extras before.one time they sent some kimagra jelly samples and another time they sent me a mouse pad.they semm like pretty good folks

I hope they are just having "growing pains" and will get their systems up to snuff. Could be why the online form fails too, if it sends the info to an email account and the account is full.

I ordered once and got my shipment in like 2 weeks and I DID NOT fill out the medical form. I just ordered again last night and again did not fill out the medical form. Now you guys have me scared.
