extremely stiff base?

all around the base of my penis where it connects into my body has been extremely stiff for the past few months. at first, it was only a little bit and it didnt bother me. but it has gotten alot worse and now, errections are somewhat painful. under my balls theres a hard buldge from the penis that connects into my body and i can feel it there (hard to explain on the computer, but its so annoying)


this is really uncomfortable, and it bothers me alot

does anybody know what i should do?

See a doctor?

See a doctor to rule out testicular cancer. I don't know how old you are, but it seems to occur more commonly in younger men.
