Pain around base and thigh

Does anyone else experience pain around the base of your penis when wearing the PF for more than a few hours? I saw some threads about guys wrapping the strap around their thigh, but it twists and gets extremely painful. What do y’all do for it? I just created something and it seems to be working amazingly well. I even emailed Phallosan about possibly talking to them about adding it to their stuff for use. Probably a little disjointed post, sorry for the vomit of the keyboard…

I threw mine into the the garbage bin. 🗑️
That fixed the problem.
I could not use it at all, it was impossible for me.

Don't feel discourage. I have read about guys that have been wearing it for hours with no problems at all.
