Trying to get 3800g and 5800g strength springs respectively, but I'd like to know what the size of springs (dimension) I should tell the sellers
as I intend buying them online.

What extender do you have? Once you know that, you should be able to locate springs. Most extenders on the market use identical parts. The only variation is usually the materials and quality.

Thanks for your answer. . . even though it is slightly self contradicting.
I say so, because you asked a question and answered it too.
I do agree with you they mostly use identical parts and can fit into each other easily.
However, I am confused as to how I should measure the spring's circumference.

I would think a ruler would suffice. Lay a spring on the mm side, as I'm sure they will be measured metric and er on the side of caution. In other words go slightly smaller than you think and that should work. I don't understand what you thought was contradictory. More than likely, the springs work device to device. It's a pretty non unique industry.
