Exclusive 5x5x3 MityVac/Slow Squash Jelq girth workout ? MONSTER GIRTH!

I have a question that I need answer from someone who has experience on PE with proven results.
If you do ONLY Slow Squash Jelq - just that, let's say, 10 mins a day, will you gain girth?

I can't speak for all since everyone is unique. But Slow Squash Jelq alone for 10 minutes will not get the gains. Most that gone through PE for along while and use Slow Squash Jelq, they simply maintain or cement the gains. Those who just started, yes, there will be some noticeable gain if Slow Squash Jelq is done daily, I mean daily, for a literal year. Slow Squash Jelq mimicks Bathmate's external vacuum pressure to expand internal tissues.

For me, personally, Slow Squash Jelq alone doesn't expand my tissues without the pump. It does maintain what I've created as gains throughout the week on days that I don't feel like doing my 1+ hour routine. Just like the past 4 days, I got sick from bad weather changes and I wanted all my energy focused on healing. Light and moderate 15 minutes Slow Squash Jelq was to prevent my gains from being reclaimed by regression during my too long of a break.

Is there any method to empower this process?
 
What I mean is : 5x5x5 > Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) in terms of results after 6 months? For example say my body was about to make 0.5' with 5x5x3. If I was about to do 5x5x5 I would have taken still 0.5' or more?

5x5x3 is king. Nothing more powerful

5x5x5 can be better than 5x5x3, or 5x5x3 can be better than 5x5x5.

For some, 3x3x5 can be better than 5x5x3.
For others, 3x3x10 can be better than 5x5x3

Not everyone is the same. You have to find that sweet spot by experimenting. When your tissues developed over time because you performed PE in the past, or went a bit too crazy for too long doing some other routines, resulting in your tissues over adapting, you have to develop your routines from scratch and search for those new routines that will work best for you. The 5x5x3 is a newbie routine, to start you off. Once you reach intermediate level or advance level 9 months later, it's no longer a newbie. New routines must be incorporated to work around your adapted tissues. This is why some of the brothers are working harder than before to make their new routines work.

We warn the brothers to go easy at first, easing into the routines, and allow the body to growth at the low intensity first. We hold off on high intensity to prevent the body from adapting. Once the body reach an adaptive state at low intensities, we kick it up using high intensity.

Do your own journey and do not compare yourself to others. And don't put otheres on a pedistal. They are just a man like you. If you want fast and even growth I recommend pumping with water with MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System Hydro-Vac Penis Pump.

And remember this. Not everyone wants to get to 7 Inch girth. But it's highly possible with adding intensity progressively and using water (even + faster growth) as your medium for creating vaccum pressure.

I'm edging on that number now (7). But I don't want to go there.

What do you want to get to? I guess you are going to 7 to cement what size? I’ve always heard for length you want to try and get a 1/4 inch past where you want to be but what about girth? Is it 1/4 inch or more?
 
Wouldn't it better to add moderate clamping to 5x5x3?

No I can't do that, I'm afraid of destruction.
My plan was to cement 6" Erected Girth, but my fear it's already to late for that.

If you want to cement length, bundled stretches with LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging is the most powerful way of doing that.

If you bundle to the max, then you will cement the length really fast, without loosing pretty much anything.

I think they say 0.5" past your goal in girth, but if you over expand tunica albigunea and the other tissues in the penis inside the cylinder, you will also be able to cement the girth gains faster.

This is the reason I recommend to pump with water and switching between a wider and a snug cylinder during session. The wider cylinder will force maximum expansion, and the more snug cylinder will force all the expansion up the shaft and create a beautiful evenly thick penis.

Also if you keep doing girthwork for some time after you have reach your goal you will also cement everything this way.

You can do length work first and then continue with girthwork and in that way make sure everything is cemented when you're done with penis enlargement (but some can't stop once they begin).

Using a snug cylinder will also force some elongation expansion and you can then experience cementing of your length that way. It's not a perspective of this is absolutely how you cement things. There are many methods.
Follow SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory and you will be good.

You confuse me. Basecally you say to do LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging 20 mins stretches before each girth session and between girth session change cylinders mityvac / Bathmate ? This is what you are saying?

Just a suggestion if you do only Length work first, the girthwork afterwards will help cement the length especially if you use a snug cylinder when pumping. I'm referring to the example below.

Example.
1 year of length work and then after that, you only do girth work.

No I do not recommend Bathmate. Only MityVac Hydro-Vac Penis Pump with different cylinder sizes/width. I was a fan with Bathmate before, but it's better to have a gauge to know the vaccum pressure you are using. Water pumping with MityVac is superior.
 
You don't need clamping. Also to much risk with clamping.
Much risk and injuries last very long especially thrombosis
 
What I am talking about is about only 5 mins of clamping and only "light" clamping. Not completely cut off the blood and everything. Clamping like having very very strong clamps like in Slow Squash Jelq (but very strong).
How does that sound?

If you're doing Slow Squash Jelq no need for clamping. Clamping is very dangerous

Clamping is not needed, and in my opinion extremely dangerous. You will not gain as fast as with Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) either.

Use your hands and a penis pump with water only.

Clamping with cause thrombosis and can take you out of the game for a long time. The 5x5x3 is the fastest and safest way to train

Indeed. You can even get deep vain thrombosis, and before you know it you need hospital care. It can take some years before you know something is wrong.
